Stuff from the reception didn’t handle all my requests: turn twin beds into a single one, bring the coffee maker instead of tea pot. Although I asked, repeated all the requests several times.

So spacious, peaceful, and restful! The beds, furniture, and amenities in room were extremely nice (large sofa, coffee table, large desk, safe box, tons of storage, fridge, and TV), along with enormous bathroom. The AC was perfect temp and helped us rest well during hot weather. Special mention for the extra large and comfortable bed! Value for money was excellent. Everything was updated and well maintained. The historic building gives the hotel a majestic feeling. The hotel staff were very professional in every interaction. Great location near the Belvedere and easy walks into the Old City. Easily accessible with tram from Hbf central train station. Can’t wait to come back! The shower design could be better. We didn’t add on breakfast because the price was really high.

Excellent location - 3min from train station by foot Professional staff - quick and proper emergency react Big, clean, and modern room with good view (of course depends on the room type you book) Very strong AC without any weird smell - super important for 40 degrees heat wave days we experienced Only thing that does not 100% match our expectation for a 4-start hotel is its way-too-simple breakfast Don't misunderstand me. the breakfast is good and tasty, but too less choice, as a 4-start hotel breakfast (sorry for the picky feedback)

Location was perfect

We (wife and I) ride non-electric (clean) road bikes (Ritchey "Breakaways") and they let us take them to our room. Kept our bike cases for three weeks until a second two-night stay (to repack the bikes). Room was great (they gave us a slightly larger one than reserved during the second two-night stay). Great breakfast -- with an omelet cook! Staff really nice. Location not the best but not bad -- 20-minute walk to old Stadt and also right near a corner with rail trams going all directions.

It was an oasis for us arriving in the middle of the heatwave. As soon as I arrived, I felt welcomed as the employee at the desk found my reservation instantly. AC is superb and the lobby smells so good! Rooms are spacious and clean. I honestly did not want to leave.

Clean and modern facilities, excellent customer service and breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet had a variety allowing for all types of breakfast choices. The berry yogurt was a favorite. Clean and inviting sauna facilities. Really liked the cleansing body and hand soap. Appreciated having a mini fridge. Need storage space in shower to hold shampoo and soap.

It's very close to the subway station, and the staff is very warm. When I found that my headphones were left in the room, the staff quickly helped me find them.

The location felt off but we should've checked better.

Breakfast, room and location was fine.

Breakfast was really good. Staff willing to get us filter coffee on request. Variety of food was great as was quality. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning could not cool the room at all. The staff said they would fix it while we were out. When we returned, we had to go down and tell them it did not work. Only then did they move us. The new room was a junior suite. The AC worked fine in the sitting room, but we had the same problem in the bedroom part of that new room.

Location was ideal. Very close to metro so very convenient to and from airport. Air conditioning was not activated yet so a bit warm for sleeping. We were able to open the window but some street noise not ideal for sleeping.

Beautiful, surprisingly large room, and truly the most fantastic mattress!

Staff, location, money value & quietness. The bed pillows

The hotel was well situated for my plans. The breakfast was substantial and had a lot of variety. It was wonderful that the windows opened fully and there was an in-room safe. The bed was very hard and seemed worn out as it sagged badly in the middle. One of the duvet covers was torn. The carpet was quite worn and needed a good cleaning. The towels were a bit worn and quite thin. Overall, the hotel decor made me feel like I had traveled back in time to 1995.

The location isn't ideal, since it's a 15-20 min walk from center, but this can be fixed by taking the public transport. I had some very slight concerns regarding privacy due to the window being covered only by curtains but they were so thick there was probably no actual issue.

The room was very big.
