The hotel had parking (although you had to pay) , the bed was comfy and the noise from outside the room was minimal. The check in was quick and the breakfast was adequate The rooms , walkways and lifts all need some TLC , the curtain in the shower was to big and kept little water in the shower tray, the shower head was also below a height that someone over 190cm had to crouch under. Finally there was no toaster for breakfast, although a euro style continental breakfast , a toaster would have made it better.

Convenient location next to tram stop, metro and train station, and Belvedere palace. Room with adequate space. The walls are increadibly thin and we could hear perfectly every conversation in the room next door and in the hallway. The luggage storage is not properly surveilled or locked.

Breakfast was the best as from another country it's hard to find food as per your taste and i loved the breakfast as there were many options to choose. It's not like i didn't liked but it was bit uncomfortable to sleep because it was hot,the fan didn't provided much air as it should apart from that everything was perfect.

Location is great and the room is large and nice. The bathroom was good, clean, large and had a great bathtub. Lack of AC unit in the room.

The service was excellent and the staff was really helpful. They responded to every need we met during our stay. The breakfast also was great, they had everything you’d need for a meal. The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no AC except for the lobby reception. Even though the weather was extremely hot there was only a fan in the room and we couldn’t sleep well due to the heat.
