Lindner Hotel Vienna Am Belvedere, part of JdV by Hyatt

Very clean and well appointed. My only complaint was that there were no doors for privacy in the shower. We had our grandson with us and it was a little awkward. Other than that we loved the room!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Considering that this is a 4 star hotel, it offered good value for money. The breakfasts were delicious, and the croissants were especially outstanding. The hotel has good facilities, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance On the downside, the room did not include the amenities that were listed on the hotel's website. We had to go to the reception and ask for them. Even the bathrobes were not provided in the room, and we had to request those as well, which was unusual, as they are normally already available in hotels of this category. The rooms are a little worn and could use some renovation, but this was only a minor issue. Another thing that could be improved is the complimentary bottled water. We were told that only one 05 bottle per guest is provided upon check-in. Since we stayed for four days, it would have been nice if bottled water had been replenished daily

Great breakfast, good location and a good hotel overall location breakfast

Very short trolley ride to major city locations. Clean and quiet property. Breakfast (included) was super! Staff were friendly and helpful.

I organised a surprise birthday for my wife entirely from abroad, and the team made it effortless — they replied to every email quickly and clearly, and genuinely went out of their way to help. They bought flowers and champagne on my behalf, set everything up beautifully in the room, and even printed the personal notes I sent as a PDF and arranged them in envelopes — it looked lovely. They also moved us to a room with a nicer view for her birthday, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were warm and polite the whole time. Honestly nothing worth mentioning — everything was handled even better than I'd hoped, and any small request was met without fuss.

Good breakfast and location. Nice bedding. There was no phone in the room. They left WhatsApp to contact them, but nobody answered so I had to go down to reception if I needed anything. Sometimes there was a problem with turning sauna on. One day the person responsible for that didn’t do that and left, so we could not use it. Another day it was off and we had to ask to turn it on.

The rooms were clean and nice The breakfast was very good No phone in rooms?!! No bathroom door in twin rooms?!! and expensive parking.

Location, near to the tram and Belvedere Room a little dusty

A very comfortable room, clean and cozy. My room was on 7th floor and had a lovely side view of Belvedere Palace. The stuff was exceptional, very accommodating and helpful/

Overall decent enough, but nothing leapt out at me as particularly impressive. The hotel was clean, fairly comfortable and the location reasonable given tram links. Edit on 26 May to add that the reception staff were very good. Two paper cups and two sachets of coffee, and no biscuits. Poor for the price. Open plan bathroom with only the toilet being private was not to my liking. Bed quite uncomfortable (though very big) and a lot of traffic noise meant you couldn't open the window.

Great breakfast with a wide selection of food and beverages. Facilities - bathroom, bedroom, sheets and toilet were clean. Two different tram stops (Unteres Belvedere, Rennweg) are at walking distance. There is a supermarket (Lidl), and train station (Rennweg) available nearby as well, and a number of dining options. The metro stop Karlsplatz is approximately 7 minutes from Unterest Belvedere, and from there you can ride to go to multiple tourist destinations of Vienna. Going to Belvedere Palace around 7 in the morning was a great decision before having a long leisurely breakfast at the end of your stay before checking out! Only wished the sofa bed was as comfortably soft as the bed. That was the only thing lacking. Price was high; it didn't quite meet with the accommodation. We came on a May holiday weekend so it was definitely pricy. It would have been nice if it was a bit more affordable.

It would be nice to see the lovely bar when you walked in during the day. The curtain should be replaced with a glass sliding door.

Expensive parking.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean property. Air conditioning not working. Was running for hours and temperature was not going down at all. No privacy in shower with only a half glass wall and no door. A full frosted glass door, shower curtain or a full bathroom door would allow for better privacy.

Behind Belvedere and very close to the Opera!

If you get a room facing the front street, it can get noisy at times.

Staff said rooms were not ready 4:30PM. 4 business rooms not ready when check in time was 3PM.
