It is clear that a lot of thought has been invested in every detail of the design — from the larger elements such as the furniture and lighting, to the small touches in the rooms. The service is excellent. It is simply a place that feels wonderful to be in, whether in the room, the shared areas, the bar, or the garden. Although it is not located in the city center, it is in a relatively central and pleasant area with convenient access to public transportation. The only disadvantage is that it is not located right in the city center. However, there is a train station and bus stops just a 3-minute walk away, and the main attractions can also be reached on foot. It is about a 20-minute walk to the central squares and around a 15-minute walk to Belvedere Palace.

Amazing hotel in a residential area, beautiful story behind the property that has been preserved and enhanced with up to date impeccable decorations.

No slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. Very minor.

It's my second stay in the hotel, this time for 6 days. I loved it - it's quiet, spacious, well-designed, with a very good A/C (which is much appreciated during the heat wave). I've already booked again for my next trip in January :) The meeting room booking might have been easier - now it all goes through the event manager and prices are quite high, more on the event level, rather than a work meeting. Having more of a co-working style booking would be greatly appreciated by the guests.

The elevetors lobby on the floor should be more ventilated.

The property charged our card 14 times over the course of a 5-day stay; an extra 1500 euros was taken out as "incidentals" and blocked for 15 days. After many phone calls our situation is still unresolved, and management is playing a deaf ear on us, saying there was an "error in their system" Stay there at your own risk.

While we typically prefer small boutique hotels, this property had a lot of character and walking distance (20-30 minutes) from the Belvedere and from Inner Stadt. Loved that they took a former riding school and made it into a hotel. Good dining areas and a bar. Didn’t like the location as well as the one we stayed in Inner Stadt. Near a light rail station and a lot of construction.

For us, this was the first time staying at the Imperial Riding School hotel and we hope it won't be the last one. It is a fantastic place to stay, and we were lucky enough to find 2 rooms to accommodate our family. It is modern, new, clean, very comfortable, with the extraordinary service that only a hotel chain like Marriott can provide. The location is quiet and safe, with restaurants, cafes, pharmacies within walking distance. It is located within Vienna's Art district and about 15 minutes of walking distance to the Belvedere Museum. Taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way to get to Vienna's downtown in about 10-15 minutes. We added the daily breakfast buffet to our room rate, and it was truly worth every penny, with such a large variety of options for a complete breakfast, which would allow us to skip lunch. Rooms are cleaned daily and the overall service is exceptional. Nothing to mention. Perfect place to stay. We hope to come back. Thank you for a great stay.

Better than what we expected.. totally worth the money and everything was great That we didn’t book it for longer

I was travelling with my mum, as a treat for Mother's Day. I wanted to surprise her with flowers, but could not carry any with me. I asked the hotel staff for their help. They did an AMAZING job, and got me a beautiful, powder-pink rose. They held on to it for almost a full day, ensuring it remained fresh until Sunday morning - when I went to pick it up from reception. I appreciate their flexibility and creativity. 10/10

Very modern, nice decor, a bit far from metro!

Very nice facility, great breakfast, Air conditioning was not activated yet so quite warm in the room. We were able to open window but street (walkway)noise was an issue for sleeping.
