Great location - accessible to the city center but in a nice quieter neighborhood; very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleanliness with thorough daily service. The room was very comfortable with a good bed, great shower and lots of space. Very little not to like, this is a great hotel. One day they forgot leave the coffee packets, so I inquired at the front desk and they gave me extra ones. Great service all around.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room size, it was very comfortable for the family of four. Breakfast was plenty and tasty. Overall very good experience The location is not perfect if you are traveling from airport with public transport, but we received detailed instructions from the hotel before arrival

The staff was exceptional in helping us get to where we wanted to go. They had a map of Vienna on the counter and they would use it to explain how to get to various destinations. there is a bus stop just across the street and a metro station not far away. There is also a grocery store close by. The breakfast had a good variety.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the main historical places. Breakfast was good, and they offered different food choices each day. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a safe and a refrigerator. The only minus was the noise from the street, but it was much better when we closed the windows. I would also have preferred better room cleaning, as there was some dust in the room, even right after cleaning.

Very good location, nice view, friendly staff, clean rooms, and daily housekeeping. There's a bus station right at the hotel's door, which is very convenient. I would stay at this hotel again. Great value for the price. A bit noisy due to street traffic, but the hotel management already explained to me why the room window wasn't sealed well enough and took measures. They are pretty much responsive to all the requests.

The hotel is only a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center, costing around €9, so there is really no need to stay in an expensive hotel right in the center. The walk from the hotel to the city center is also very pleasant, along a nice street with plenty of interesting shops. Overall, excellent value for money.

Breakfast was very good. It’s a good location 30 minute walk from the downtown core in the old part of town. Was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was really great. Lots of excellent sweet and savoury options. Room was nicely renovated and clean. 30 minute walk to the historic center (faster using public transit). Neighbourhood was nice and quiet at night.

The hotel facilities are very good. While the hotel facilities are generally very good, our experience was marred by a lack of hospitality and flexibility. We arrived at 14:08, but the receptionist strictly refused check-in until exactly 15:00. Even more frustrating, our standard Skoda Scala was deemed unfit for the hotel garage, forcing us to use a public lot five minutes away. The reception officer watched us wait in the lobby without any proactive updates. At 15:01, I had to approach them myself to begin the process. This level of pettiness and rigidness overshadowed the quality of the hotel.

The room was immaculately clean and spacious. There is a bus stop right in front and the metro is about a 10 minute walk away. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our short but sweet stay. We do wish there would have been 1 double bed rather than 2 twins pushed together, but that is a common occurrence in Europe.
