Cosy pod, great size. Earplugs were available. Not much amenities, like food or drinks. A vending machine would be great.

Great location within easy reach of the city centre. The capsule was a really good size, and while the accommodation is basic, it has everything you need and offers excellent value for money. A few downsides to the stay. The locker system was a little unclear, and the capsules weren't very soundproof. There also appeared to be no quiet hours in place, meaning guests could use facilities at any time—I could hear a hairdryer being used around 11:30pm. I was then woken up around 1am by guests returning and again at 5am by people leaving, making it difficult to get an uninterrupted night's sleep.

Great privacy which I appreciated! Extremely close to restaurants and public transport Maintenance came too early (around 9) and woke up myself and a few other guests. Not a big deal though

Not really an issue of the property, but one guest could get into the room in the middle of a night so he banged really loudly for like half an hour on the door. Me and other guest didn't want to let him in, because we didn't know who it was. It was scary as hell, one guy had to call the police (apparently he called the staff, but they didn't know any english). Police came, and the guy was really staying at the place, so everything calmed down, and it turned out okay, but it was a very scary experience. Would recommend some other type of check-in, like a key or something, where there's no potential of not working.

It was very clean for a hostel and the showers and WC were great. Ok location, easy enough to get into centre. Somehow louder than staying in a normal hostel, not sure if it was a bad lot of guests or if these pods were just so badly made that the sound travelled really easily. I have stayed in lots of hotels and a few capsule hostels and it was the noisiest experience I have had, again it could have been just some really inconsiderate guests but the way noise travelled and echoed made it really hard to sleep. Couldn't charge anything since there wasn't enough power coming into the pods, it would take a whole night to charge my phone 50% and none of my other devices would charge at all, very flimsy and cheap pods, and the locking system did not feel secure at all. Did not feel very safe with the only door leading straight out onto the street especially with no staff on site.

Although for the price you have just to accept with it, and its not property fault you have to come prepared for noisy people that have no respect and make themselves super loud leaving at 5am. Some features were not working in my pod such as the lights (I had to do only with the blue one), I had no headphones. An extra and in the end not so important, in the moment I had made the reservation (2 months advance) I kindly requested a ground flour pod, which maybe by mistake it was ignored. For a 1-2 night stay it’s okay but come prepared with earplugs.

I loved the idea of having my own capsule, even though it was not sound proof. For a hostel, having the ability to control your own lights and be in the dark if you want was great. Having your own tv was also nice. The hostel was very close to St Marx station, where there is a train to the airport. The shower area was nice, spacious shower and there were 3 hair dryers available. The towel provided was on the small side, but at least it was provided. When I arrived, someone else was in my capsule. They said they did not received the email which informs the capsule so they just took an empty one, but soon after claimed they did but their capsule did not have a key, likely occupied. No one answered in the contact phone number provided in the email. I believe the person was trying to not pay. The headset for the tv worked half of the time and the bed was a very thin mattress which was the same as sleeping on the floor.

The location was very good and very private, not so far from the metro station and various tram lines. Really, if you use your imagination, you get the sensation of being in a Star Wars universe space pod. The value was really good. Who can beat a place to be comfortable in the middle of Vienna for less than 40 EUR? The other travelers there - something that nobody can control - were generally drips. Messy individuals who do not clean up after themselves, is always a problem in such places. For example, some fool could not clean up his own shit in the toilet with the toilet brush, and there was a skid mark on the seat. So, be prepared to confront this childish behavior; you get what you pay for as they say.

No one on site to address issues. The room temperature was set too high, and there was no one to adjust it, despite requests from guests via text.

Its something special for a few days, everything clean, privacy is nice. Lockable shower room with nice warm water every time. Wi-Fi is crazy good, 200Mbps when functioning. Spacious lockers are there aswell. I met some very nice people there. Getting inside the building is kind of confusing, locking and unlocking the capsule is also kinda confusing. Controls inside feel cheap and some of it is very confusing or not labeled at all. There are more issues but i would still recommend it for the unique experience if you are booking it for just a few days. If you are struggling with something ask around, people are willing to help if they can, I did and you should too if you can.

The men’s restroom was either not clean or didn’t worked that’s why everyone was using the women’s restroom. Overall the space was not nice. It was easy to open every capsule and locker there were no privacy at all.

Most clean I got stolen for over $300 cash!

There was stain on the bed

It was clean Too noisy , because capsule doors making too much noise when you open or close it, was not sure if capsule is closed when I’m inside.
