We liked this hotel so much. We absolutely would stay there again when we visit Vienna one more time. Rooms are perfect and the best part is that the hotel has an underground safe garage with very easy access. Perfect!

The location was quite good - close to shops, public transport, and everything else we needed. The staff were wonderful, and it was especially lovely to find a Ukrainian-speaking person at reception - communication felt easy and warm throughout the stay. Any issues or questions were always resolved quickly, and towels were replaced promptly whenever needed. The hotel was very clean, and despite a slightly outdated design, everything looked and felt neat, fresh, and pleasant. Overall, we only came away with wonderful impressions. Honestly, we struggled to find any real downsides. If anything, the interior design and colour scheme felt a touch dated, but this was easily outweighed by how clean, tidy, and fresh everything looked.

The things we did like were: - the location of the hotel, which is close to city centre through public transport - the size of the rooms was good - the car park was secure with plenty of parking spaces The air conditioning was not working throughout our 5 night stay given there were 37-38C in Vienna at the time. It was very difficult to sleep. Staff mentioned during the weekend that the air con issue was affecting the entire hotel but even after it was allegedly fixed things were the same in our room, making it feel more like a sauna than an AC cooled room. Staff were rather oblivious to our issues, we also mentioned one morning that the shower gel ran out, they seemingly acknowledged but it still hadn't been filled when we got back in the evening, after sweating in a 38C heat all day long. Also, house keeping forgot to add additional toilet rolls so we had to ask for those as well from reception. Overall the housekeeping cleaning was not great, there was dust on the tiled storage spaces in the bathroom and the room didn't look like having been properly hoovered after we've requested cleaning.

Great neighbourhood with subway and bus station nearby. Also some cool bars very close. Hotel has its own garage which is rare. Old fashioned furniture but now I’m really being picky :)

We only stayed here for one night as we were catching an early flight home in the morning. Everything was nice and clean. No real problems for us. It is perfect for catching the train early in the morning to the airport.
