We were assigned two separate rooms on different floors, even though both rooms were booked under a single reservation and we were traveling with children. We had to insist at the front desk to be moved to the same floor. Although they eventually accommodated that request, the rooms were still located far apart, which was very inconvenient for a family with kids.

The room was very spacious and well maintained.

O atendimento foi excelente, o quarto era maravilhoso, espaçoso e muito limpo, os funcionários muito educados e o café da manhã maravilhoso.

They ask for 40 euro for early check-in! They didn't need to do any extra work. The room was ready and I only needed to get in slightly early. This policy is very predatory! No coffee, tea in the rooms. Why? Only a jar of water? Even in 2 Star hotels, at least a basic coffee is given. Shower stream is extremely weak. It takes too long to clean yourself properly!

Value for money Balconies Gym and a good one Comfy rooms Check in process need improvement When lefkada I arrived, I was asked to check in. I had to scan take a photo of my id, which is okay. However the system never informed me what they do with the data. Or for how long they were asked I believe it is a better experience if you inform the guest prior to asking to give the data. Also, at my arrival, I purchased a car park and breakfast. The receptionist forgot to ask me how I want to pay, and at her own initiative she charged the card on records with in seconds. Before asking her if I can pay by cash, I saw the charge on my Revolut. This created a bad experience. It feels like they have authority over my money and the management of my bank accounts. Just my personal feeling. Last but not least, I paid for my parking, and then they ask me to place a paper so they know I paid. That's okay. But you have a visitor just arriving around the basement to the ground floor with all the bags, and then, after having taken his money from the card on record without asking me, and after you have asked him to take a photo of his id and enter the plate number of his car, without telling him what you do with all these data, you tell him "when you go down stairs, please add this paper to your car, so we know you paid? Feels like if you think I have not, you are going to re harder my card without asking me :) A hotel, with digital workflows, should fix this. That's my personal thoughts

Loved my stay very much. Very chill and cozy apartment that has everything you need. Also it's clean and the staff are all smiles. Also located in a very calm area which was crucial for me because i'm a very light sleeper.

Location is great and easily accessible by public transport. Rooms are adequate and as advertised. Clean and everything works. Nothing comes to mind.

Didn't partake in the breakfast as, from pictures, we saw that it was spartan for the humongous addition in cost. Our breakfasts in hotels in Prague & Budapest on this same trip were wide, varied, and sumptuous spreads for just a marginally additional cost. There was no sign of an AC. A large, full window (a door to the balcony?) was left open and covered by a drape without any warning to us when we checked in. Maybe it was their idea of keeping the room cool in mid-June. It was hard to figure out how to use the induction stove. There were no instructions for it, and we had to figure things out by trial and error. Even the concierge was not very helpful when asked. There was a pot & a pan and no utensils. I suppose you had to use your hands to stir hot food. They left one large fizzy water bottle (glass, so you wouldn't want to carry it anywhere) and a single, tiny piece of wrapped chocolate for both of us combined for all 3 days (not just for a single day). We stayed here twice on this trip, the first time for 3 nights and the second for 1 night. The first time around, we got the room on the 2nd floor that was farthest from the elevator and had to walk long corridors, initially in darkness, as the lights on the last corridor were triggered by a motion sensor. The commode seat was stained on the inside and it felt piggish to handle it. We were wondering if this was a room specifically reserved for minorities like us, because we didn't encounter any other guests from other rooms on our extended walks to and from our room, meaning that the hotel wasn't full and there didn't seem to be a reason why we were assigned a room out in the boondocks. They have notices about water conservation in the bathroom. But, there was no offer to change linen at least once in our 3-nights stay. Since we couldn't change hotels for our 2nd stay at the last moment without incurring a significant cost, we stuck with it, because it was just for the night before flying out the next morning.

Public transport options are nearby with very good connections to the city center, and the main train station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) in my opinion the breakfast is a bit to expensive so I usually don't take it.
-
There is no AC in the room.

I loved everything ! Can't complain of anything!

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The location is great, next to Marx Halle and connected pretty well with downtown. There was a lot of dust and spiderwebs in corners.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing shower. The personnel was super friendly. The whole hotel is inspired by the Amazon and most employees are Brazilian. It gives this place a "je ne sais quoi". I booked a double room with balcony but it was definitely not with balcony. All rooms have a balconette (also called Juliet balcony) just deep enough to stand on it for smoking, while a few rooms have a proper balcony. The room I got had just a balconette and was therefore a standard double room, not a double room with balcony. It didn't actually matter on this occasion as it was too hot outside to spend any time on a balcony. But still, I didn't get what I booked and I believe the fault is on Booking.com side and not the hotel itself).
