Good value for price, okay for a few nights during a business trip. Carpet was a bit dated and dirty, bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower which is more sanitary for these types of low budget hotels.

Excellent location, good parking, and very respectful staff. The second time I was there, there was another room and Floor, unfortunately, the room was not clean at all, the floors, chairs, curtains, and walls were all dirty in this room too, and the wallpaper/paint is completely ruined...

    1. Breakfast was provided. There was a delicious blueberry pie on weekends and orange juice. The rest left much to be desired. 2. A large, clean room with climate control. There was no noise from the street, the shower was good, and the toiletries were decent. 3. Quite close to the train station and the city centre. There were grocery stores and plenty of cafés nearby. The area felt fairly safe, although it was rather deserted. 4. The staff did make some effort to help. The breakfast was quite basic — several types of sliced cold cuts (and I can’t say they were particularly tasty), sliced cheese, a small amount of cut fruit, and fried pieces of sausages. In Berlin, I stayed at a 2-star hostel where the breakfast was much better and more varied! The location was not very convenient. It took about 7–10 minutes to walk to the nearest public transport stop, and the walk was uphill. On top of that, there were construction works affecting most of the routes from the hotel to the city centre, which made it quite difficult to get to the main attractions and meant that I had to plan my routes and transportation carefully. The room itself was nice and clean, but the walls were extremely thin. I could hear the water running in the shower in the neighbouring room, as well as someone snoring somewhere nearby, so I had to sleep with earplugs most of the time. The lighting was also extremely dim. This was the first time I had stayed in a room that was so poorly lit: there were only a few weak lamps along the walls and no central light at all. I actually had to pack my things during the day instead of going for a walk around the city, because in the evening you practically have to pack in the dark. The refrigerator was another issue — it barely cooled anything. Essentially, it was just a box with a light inside. If you put a bottle of water in it, it would only become slightly colder than if you had simply left it on the table. Most of the staff also gave me the impression that they were not particularly happy to see me. I have never encountered such indifferent hotel staff before. There was one really nice young lady at the reception who genuinely tried to help me, but unfortunately, she was the exception. Even when I asked complete strangers on the street for help, they were much friendlier and far more willing to help than the hotel staff. Quite surprising, to be honest.

We stayed with our 2 kids in a Junior Suite, which is a perfect set-up for a family. The suite is big (50m2) and offers whatever you need for a pleasant stay. We did not have breakfast included, so no comment on this subject. The hotel has a comfortable outside parking next to the hotel. Close to the hotel at 12Min distance there is Billa and Lidl shops. Also there you will find a Anker bakery. The closest metro station is 12 Min away and the tram is just in front of the hotel.

The carpark swipe ticket didn’t work causing us to lose our tickets and not gain entry to our light show in the church we were travelling to .
