Close to railway for other city breaks. Gym, spa, sauna. Good breakfast. Roof top bar...need to book though as it gets busy. No pool, but knew that before we booked.

Good breakfast, nice roof top bar, good room service Unfriendly staff on reception, strange suite room with a hole in the wall between bedroom and bathroom, extremely not comfortable to stay with children, flies and midges at reception and in the restaurant, and it seems that nobody cares about it, in general I wouldn’t say this hotel should have 5*

Room was great: spacious and nice. Location was OK, as we needed to be close to to the center of Vienna, but it was a just a short ride away. Very quite - good sound-proof windows. Very good gym for a hotel, which was important for us. Good quality sauna as well. Not a perfect breakfast for its price. It was an OK selection, but service was slow as there were not enough people serving it. Food was running out and not replenished for a long-ish time.
