very good location, very clean, friendly staff, easy checkin there was a banging sound coming from the bathroom, that happened every 30 mins or so, which was very disturbing, especially at night, and the bathroom door did not close all the way

Location and friendliness of the Turkish Housekeeper lady. Apart from her and senior receptionist they made you unwelcome Property enrty is like a dormitory You have reserve breakfast previous night and scan smtg for housekeeping ironing in the middle of lobby not more than a hostel. I forgot my iPad and realized 5 hrs later than my checkout. When I asked why didn't you call me youn lady had the most rude reply (I received untill now) ready, she had more important things to do

When I arrived at the lobby, there are self check in machine. As I reserved through booking.com and it needs my reservation code, I didn’t know what it is and I asked for help from staff. At round 10:30pm on 15 Aug 2026, there was a young girl coming out, she was super rude, told me I should use the machine and shouldn’t bother her. She looked angry, impatient, and thought I’m stupid most probably, and helped me with manual checkin only when I insisted. This is a normal hotel in the city of Vienna, which is a traveling destination having a lot of tourists from all over the world every day. I expected a better service quality than this. There are only two small paper cups in the toilet for brushing teeth. There is not even a cup/glass in the room the drink water. This hotel is just for a sleepover to catch an early train next morning. I don’t recommend.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was also really convenient as it was close to the train station, which made getting around Vienna very easy. The self check-in process was simple and straightforward, and we had no issues at all. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place! The room was also equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable during the heatwave summer. nothing
