ok breakfast Dinner is not the best, not so many options to eat no drinks included. On the last floor was some constant smell of food like someone is cooking in the room.

Decent Value. We found hair in food. Fridge did not work upon arrival and they did not fix it during our 5 day stay even after multiple complaints. Some of our snacks went bad and our drinks were warm. TV was stuck on a couple german channels. Lousy unsecured wi-fi. No free parking.

Room size is very good more than my expectation. Breakfast is very good.

Hotel was very good. It was close to the S-bahn station and Schonbrunn Palace. Traffic noise at times from the street below.

Friendly helpful staff, great hot breakfast and clean comfortable room. 4 min walk to Ubahn station. Road traffic was noisy at times if window was open.

Location and the desk staff’s willingness to help upgrade us from the cigarette smoke room they put us in (in a no smoking hotel!) to the suite which did not smell like smoke. The room we got smelled badly of cigarette smoke. We were told the only other room available didn’t have cold water, only got water. Then they upgraded us to the suite (“best room in the hotel,” they said) which was a decent room, but one of the windows had duct tape around the edges.
