The location is perfect and it is a walking distance to the train station. The microwave should be provided.

There was an AC I didn't like anything really, the door was coming off the hinges. I had to carry all my personal stuff around with me since i had expensive equipment due to fear of getting it stolen. It was really noisy and people were slamming doors and screaming at night (not allowing us to sleep) The bathroom was shared with around 10 rooms (each having at least 2 people) so it was always crowded. The owner said it will be shared with 1 other person but it was shared with the whole flat i guess. The outside door for the aparment was unlocked at all times and we feared someone getting in. There was leaking near which smelled like piss the whole stay

Anything, it was the worst place Violence, risk and fear. I was afraid of my life

There is no rooms there. This is a scam. They ask for cash payments only and when you go to check in there are no rooms. Typical scam and I don't know how booking allows this.

Horrıble ! It was so dırty

It near the center of city To dangerous

It was dirty and we were turned away because "the hotel was full" despite our reservation

I booked a taxi with my child to the hotel, but the room was not available there. Then I cameback in taxi. It was very difficult for me with my child. So, the experience was not good and you did not booked the hotel. At least, the room was not available. That night was very difficult for me, and that was night time as well everything was close. And i was with my child.

The room had stains of dirt on the walls and the bed was half destroyed. The bathroom is missing the main door, no mirrors, no toilet paper (except when someone remembers to put it every now and then). Very unsafe atmosphere all the time. Expecially would never recommend to any single woman. Wi-fi is coming and going, not always working. Also, at the end of our stay (just one day missing), the landlord ordered us not to book again and go away, even if we did absolutely nothing bad (we basically stayed in the place only at night for sleeping). That's another big red flag.

OK It could be better if my student did not postponed their arrival.

Single rooms. Cheap. Poor communication from hostel managers. Thin walls. Loud and unnecessary knocking early in the morning. No check in desk (difficult to reach staff). Check out procedure was not clear. Washrooms were not properly stocked (no toilet paper or hand soap).

I made a reservation several weeks in advance. I texted in the morning or check in to confirm how to check in. They insisted they were cash only and that they’d cancel my room if I didn’t confirm a check in time. I called them back as soon as I got the message and they agreed I could check in at 19:00. When I arrived, they told me the hotel was full and told me I couldn’t stay! The “hotel” is basically a door with a paper sign with the name of the hotel taped to the door, with a metal letter box underneath that was bashed in. The inside does not look like a hotel or a hostel. Both me and another separate traveler were put in the same terrible situation of last minute having no accommodation. He ended up having to Bratislava to find a hotel, as Vienna was booked out due to a major conference in the city. I was lucky enough to be able to stay on a friends sofa, but it could have ended very badly for me.

I was expecting a better level of service. I arrived late at the hotel, hoping to get some proper rest, but was woken up at 10 AM by staff informing me it was time to check out—even though the actual check-out time is 12:30 PM. They knocked on the door twice, making it difficult to fall back asleep afterward. I also inquired about the Wi-Fi password but received no response.
