The rooms aren’t like the pictures. Small end spider web at windows .

Good room and good breakfast The receptionist was in a very bad mood once we arrived and was not really helpful.

-Good price -Nice staff -someone was smoking in the room before i got the room -they let me book in advance with one day but tgey said is more expensive but in fact on booking was even cheaper than the price i booked -the entrance door of the room was not closing correctly -is not ok to have a parking with coins

baby crib was VERY dirty and broken. we asked to change the sheets, they just ignored!

Staff was friendly. Front desk offered to help as needed. The room was rundown and had noticable damage. The tv was mounted but no sign of a remote control. The breakfast area did not have many choices and staff was taking away food before the breakfast time had ended.

First room offered was not clean. On the second room the acces card was not functioning. All the issues were solved smoothly by the staff.

Location is not the best, but not the worst because there is a metro close by. The bed was broken, the room smelled of cigarettes and when we opened the window we saw a lot of cigarette ashes and smoked cigarettes.. we didn’t complain because we stayed for 2 nights only

The location is very good, close to the metro and public transport. My room was decent and had a good sized bathroom. The room was clean but very basic, no coffee maker, kettle or fridge. Wash basin faucet was very short. It was difficult even to wash hands. Wash basin

Totally was good , but we stayed there for 3 nights and they didn't clean our room however we'd put the door hanger!! The breakfast was pretty basic (not good, not bad) The location was good (near U4 and U6) there were many facilities around the hotel.

The bed could be better. I expected one big mattress for the big bed, not 2.

1 towel for 2 adults and 1 kid, a bit smelly and it was advertised as 4 star hotel, it is only 3

It was perfect for my necessities. I wanted affordable accomodation in Vienna. It was great value for money. Easy access to transportation. Good breakfast. The floor could have been better swept, but it was nothing dramatic, it was the difference from perfect to excellent. Nothing dramatic. There was no clothes warderobe only a hanger

Metro station at a short walking distance The sofa bed mattress was no comfortable at all, I suggest to put some kind of cushion over it when used.

Staff Breakfast is bad, wifi is slow, air conditioning was hot, parking space although costs 20 Euros was full and barely fit my car

Everything was good, I would recommend this hotel for stay, very professional and friendly staff, good location from the center and from the metro station, big room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was also fine, I asked for the kettle and the guy on reception gave it to me immediately. Thank you for the great experience.

Breakfast could have had a few more options. Room could have been a bit less spartan. Really nothing wrong.
