Metro Apartments Vienna

Pretty much only the sheets were clean. The kitchen and bathroom was so and so, but everything else was so dusty, so broken, that we merely touched anything. We understand that budget means simple, but cleanliness should not be negotiable at any price.

Pillows

The staff were lovely. It was very handy to the train station. The property was dirty, marks on walls. shower mouldy, fridge dirty. Whole building was run down and felt like it was falling apart. Shower head would not stay up and boiler stopped working mid stay and started dripping. Looked nothing like the photos.

I only stayed for one night, I stayed in 6-female dormitory room. I liked the area outside, it has a nice vibe, room was quite ok Very tiny bathroom, and not very nice too, I was glad I didn't have to use the shower.

The self check in instructions didnt come clear in a first message because I have booked the same day

The staffs at so nice It is very old.. and actually the kitchen is really bad no spoon, knife, fork and many cooking Stuffs and even the fan is so dirty and too many scratches to use it the pot is also bad and no cover.. I think the price is higher than the quality I’m not gonna stay here any more next time

Generally, lots of wear and tear, mold in the shower, partially functional water heater, bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

I had booked a room with twin beds, but the beds were together. We had to separate the beds ourselves, where there was terrible dust and garbage. The shower in the bathroom is very old and in poor condition.

The apartment was clean,spacious and the beds are comfortable.Hussein helped us so much,he is very nice host!

Shower a bit dirty, drain clogged, one shower door is missing (unit 17), broken bedside lamp, couldn't open window at night due to someone smoking in the courtyard and the disgusting stench entering the room.

Everything was perfect, it was really specious and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and kind. The place was very clean and the outdoor was very nice. We felt safe as well. So many places to sit. They had all the supplies that were needed. The shower was very small and got fogged up really quickly. The heating was very weird one second it was boiling hot and the other it was freezing cold.

The apartment is very fit for purpose. And there is even a narrow terrace to enjoy the sunset!

Location is easily located Room bedsheet and towels seem clean but not the floor . Staff should have explained the parking system as we are not local and to explain further not just about how to open the door with the code . We brought our luggage up to 5 or 6th floor , only to realise we have entered a wrong entrance to our room. What a frustrated experience with kids and it was dark outside and at the stairs . We only found 1 fork in the entire kitchen . Kettle's condition doesn't look good for me.

There was mouse in our room.

I booked a queen size bed to find double single beds. The room is different from what is shared. I had a booking for room 9 to find that other people checked in there and had a different room. Both rooms are similar but when I asked how is that possible and it is not what I expected, the staff were angry for my reaction. Overall the experience was not pleasant but a special mention for the location of the room and the host entity, it is a perfect location near supermarkets and transport stations

The bathroom was crazy bad and noo warm water tried to contact the host never replied

Hussein manager is one of the best ever met. Very polite, professional and friendly. The heating system is working excellent indeed warm and nice to be in when cold and windy outside. Very simple accommodation. Few dishes in the kitchenette. No wardrobe for clothes.
