A very pleasant hotel with a quite good location. It was in a convenient area of Vienna for us, with easy access to the places we wanted to visit. Overall, our stay was comfortable and trouble-free, with no issues or unpleasant surprises. We had a very positive experience. Considering the price-to-quality ratio, we would have expected a little more comfort. The mattresses did not feel particularly comfortable to us. For a one-night stay it was perfectly manageable, but for a longer stay it might have become an issue. We were also a little surprised that there was no refrigerator in the room. There is a shared fridge downstairs in the common entrance area, but of course this is not quite the same as having one in the room. There was also no air conditioning. We understand that this is not always something to expect in this type of hotel, but it was quite hot during our stay, so we did notice its absence.

Think it twice. I stayed in several rooms. The rooms were extremely hot, the windows barely opened. The fifth floor was directly hellish. A small fan is not enough to produce a comfortable temperature in summer. Be careful. Moreover, he wifi connection is not good in some rooms and even when we required the rooms to be cleaned they were barely cleaned.

Location close to metro 5 min There is no AC in the property, and it is not centrally located or on a main street. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided, and cleaning is only available upon request. There are also very limited options nearby to buy anything at night, with almost nothing around. There is no mini-fridge in the room, no safe, and no microwave. The fans provided are very small, and we had to keep the windows open at night, which made us feel uncomfortable because the neighbors could see inside. The property is also quite small and does not offer the amenities or convenience we expected.

Even though renovations are going on, we did not feel any discomfort; all facilities were maintained well. Breakfast has only limited options, which can be improved.

I've arrived several hours before check-in, but the staff provided me a room without any problem. Room was comfortable, clean and calm. The hotel is about 15-25 minutes walk from tourist places. Breakfast was also very good. Only good impressions.

The room is too noisy and the hotel looks like hospitals and there is no isolation we heard everything in the rooms beside us and we hear all the people in the breakfast from 7 am and we can’t sleep
