Very comfortable bed and pillows, very quiet and nice decorated room. The rooftop bar was excellent, amazing view of Vienna, nice cocktails and vibe, friendly staff and unforgettable sunsets Close to U1 underground line which leads directly to city center. Just 2 mins far away Vienna central station, several direct train options to the airport (15-20mins). The cleaning of the room could have been better. Only vegetarian options for breakfast, the pastries were dry and the food overall was tasteless.

Large modern room and bathroom. Close to Wien Hbf. Rooftop bar- great for a drink overlooking the city. Very quiet in room. The large slanted window made the room quite warm- ok in cooler months but not so good in this hot summer.

Location is perfect; it is a stone's throw away from Vienna Hauptbahnhof. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are cosy, a bit smallish, but well equipped. The carpet was a bit smelly, breakfast was superb!

The aesthetic of the hotel was cool and the shower was really nice. The AC was absolutely terrible. We were hot the entire time to the point we couldn’t put blankets on ourselves at night. There was barely any cold air coming out of the vents and the windows didn’t open so it was hot. A lady at the front “desk” treated me like an idiot for dropping off the hotel cards when you check out online it tells you to do so. She ignored me and the clerk next to her responded to me and took the cards. Also you have to check yourself in on a computer and link the room key cards yourself. Nothing like a long day of traveling to be told there’s a self check in over there and having to put in a bunch of useless information into a computer. If you want your room cleaned during your stay you have to pay 40 euros which is why I guess another guest put their old food in the hallway and it sat there for my entire stay and smelled up all of the hallway and it was disgusting.

Great location near the Belvedere museum and the train station so convenient if you are arriving by rail or taking the airport line 1 bus. It is also close to Uban line 1. Rooftop bar has a great view l, rooms have working AC and if you skip housekeeping you get a free drink voucher for that day at the bar. Staff were really friendly and helpful had an amazing time. Not conditioner in the shower only shampoo
