Very close to the station, it was clean and easy to get into room. Luggage storage area wasn't open in the morning, shower was a bit cramped and no luggage storage in room for my bag

Rooms with password NO AC, I would not recommend to stay here in summer. The box beds get super hot. Plus no gel in showers.

It’s very nice hostel that you can find near the railway station!! Also the rooms are very nice and clean! If you are on a budget travel! Then it’s highly recommended

Location is great to the train station and for sightseeing in Vienna, only truly good part! The place is very clean overall but no staff to share with! This was my first truly bad experience with a hostel in Europe. I admit to not totally reading their emails, but when 3pm came and a clerk opened the window and many people inquired about checking in he was very rude and said we had to complete it online. With traveling as much as I do, I do not have time to read in detail every email and so I was totally caught off guard by checking myself in. He could have been more pleasant to all of us. Next, they have about 10 rooms on the 2nd floor assuming most rooms have 2-4 people that is 20 to 40 people on the floor needing to use facilities, they offer 2 showers and 2 toilets on the 2nd floor, 1 shower was broken so I walked downstairs to shower, someone had left a condom in the sink, not the hotels fault but no staff to report it too. The beds are heavy wooden boxes with a decent matress, but with the intense heat this year and no air circulating, the room and coffin was very hot and uncomfortable.

It is well maintained, clean and quiet. The kitchen/common area is very well equipped and pleasant to spend time in. Our private room was also very nice and quiet. The only issue we had was that the kitchen/common area was not opened at the time it was supposed to (at 6:30 in the morning), but half an hour later after one of the several people waiting to get in phoned. The staff member finally showed up and didn’t even apologize. This was very inconvenient as many of us had trains to catch and our food was in the fridge.

Location perfect. The beds were not comfortable at all.

The check-in was pretty easy The codes meanings were mistranslated so i tried for 1 hour to enter the bed cabin with the door code lol ,other that that pretty accesible and straight-forward Not sure if they have luggage storage space or i missed it so i will not comment on that

Location What’s shocking that their was no staff at the desk for the whole stay 24/7 zero people working at the desk kinda shocking. A lady had her bag stolen and she couldn’t reach the staff crazy, luggage storage door never locked.

I really liked the sliding doors on the beds.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, dint sleep .

So many passwords no hotline or staff to facilitate, person came around 12pm and he couldn't unlock his bed, tried hotline noone answered so other people in the room has to wake-up and help him with the lock

The property was very closed to the central station like 3 minutes only by walk. The reception are very polite and friendly. The property was very clean and comfortable and its very safe. The staff behaviour was not good. The code system was like shit. it just stop working after check out and I had to kept my luggage for few hours and the staff was not cooperating at all when I asked her open the door for getting my luggage. Even I asked the staff to open the door for using the washroom for a while, and she did not even reply to my question. That was little disrespecting and awful. At last, I had to ask the other hosteller who helped me

It was a good working system. it is located very close to the train center, so if you are there to travel somewhere else, then it is a perfect place to stay. Slightly good value for money. your codes are not working after the checkout time. So if you leave your bags inside the cafeteria, you have to ask someone inside to get you in, which actually triggers the security concerns of people. The location was average for touristic purposes; there is no descent place to eat or drink unless you walk 10-15 minutes. Every door you open there is done with 4 number code. If someone sees your code, and follows which room you are in, they can enter your room. I asked the place to change my password, but they didn’t respond.
