Large, bright room—including the bathroom—on the sixth floor. Effective air conditioning. Nice outdoor area. Close to Vienna Central Station, and the nearest metro stop is just a two-minute walk away. A 10-minute walk to the Belvedere, and 20 minutes to the Hofburg or St. Stephen's Cathedral. Restaurants and grocery stores are located in the immediate vicinity. The building wasn't particularly soundproof. The room doors were heavy and slammed shut with a loud bang, which was disruptive when other guests arrived late. There was only one rather small elevator, but that wasn't a major issue for me. I would happily stay here again—it was good value for money.

within walking distance of Vienna Central Station, and just across from Billa and Hoffer grocery stores. with quiet rooms and complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. our room wasn’t ready at 3 PM, and reception could be warmer and more responsive.

5 minutes walk to one of the train stations (better check which one you are arriving to as they are quite far from each other but there is a tram that connect both) 10 to 15 minutes walk to Karlsplatz, and the Belveder. % minutes wlak to a subway station from which yiu can basically go anywhere in Vienna. 2 for 1 breakfast which was really appreciated (i.e 10Euros per person for a very good breakfast with a variety of things to choose from: Cheese, meet, bread, pastries, cereals, etc) Room a bit small by American standard. The AC was not working in the room but apparently working in the other rooms on the same floor

Breakfast was sumptuous and quite enjoyable. The location was perfect as we arrived by train and underground station was also close by. Our stay was three nights, or two full days. During that time nobody cleaned our room, which was quite a disappointment.

The staff was very polite and helpful! Even though when we arrived to check-in our room wasn't ready, the employee in the reception was very kind, she found another room and even gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The location is one of the best someone can choose, both for tourism and business, since it's very close to the main train station and a walking distance to the city center and right next to a metro station. The bed was not very comfortable and there is definitely not soundproof between the floors since we could hear every movement above us.

The staff and location were very good. Air conditioning was not great so room became rather warm. You could easily hear people in rooms next door.

Quiet, central location at a mid-tier hotel about a 15-minute walk from Belvedere. Hairs in the bathroom and dust on some surfaces. Charging the max for parking (2 days, 50 euros).

Everything. The staff was amazing, the room spacious and clean and we were offered free cofee at any point during the stay! There was a nice garden as well, where I could work and the intermet was fast and reliable

It was a perfect location for us to be able to strike out from to visit all the historical sites in the heart of Vienna. The pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

Clean room, decent bed Air conditioning was useless in the heat, they were fully booked and all they could offer was a fan. It was basically only a couple degrees cooloer inside than outside. They obviously knew it was like this, since there was a fan in the room already.
