I had a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and public transport. Although there was no reception desk, the check-in process was smooth, and access to the hotel was easy and well organized. The staff were exceptionally cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, responding quickly whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy access, and outstanding customer service. Room cleaning was not frequent enough, and the bathroom felt outdated and would benefit from renovation. Improving these aspects would make the overall guest experience much better

no breakfast and no reception, but easy to find and check in due to instructions. we have asked for 1 room new towels on second day, and cleaner lady came and provide it. Parking was also at the location, and was reserved for us upon request. there was kettler, and tea bags, instant coffie and sugar. we had excelent communication in one room there was not enough lighs in bathroom, and also window covers are somewhere not wide enough to darken the room totally, but these are just minor things.

Well located between the city and the main train station. There are bus and tram stops right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, had air conditioning and was clean. The rest of the building looks a bit shoddy, but it’s functional.

Very good access to public transportation (tram, bus, underground). Spare & Bio (stores) are exactly next to the hotel & two Caffè & bakery are on the opposite of the hotel, good choices for breakfast with economic prices. Clean bed & room, good air-conditioning, refrigerator & elec. kettle. We accommodated at the south-face room and enjoyed the sun & natural lighting. Finally, Kind staff. Too firm/hard pillows. Hairdryer was out of service. Bathroom floor was dirty & dusty. Toilet type was terrible & too unusual. The luggage storage is only available from 5:00 pm, and it's not mentioned in hotel description at the Booking.com. just when you book the hotel, you will find it in booking confirmation email. The bad smell could be felt in main entrance lobby & floors corridors sometimes!!!
