The capsules were aesthetically unique and special, lovely to spend a night in. I booked and paid for a double capsule. When we arrived long after the capsules are supposed to be ready, both double capsules in the hostel were used and not cleaned up. I called the staff and he told me that's because some other guest must have mistakenly took our capsule. But there was no one there except another pair that arrived around midnight and didn't sleep in our capsule, either. So our capsule has simply not been cleaned. It was rather uncomfortable for me and my partner to sleep in another capsule for one person. There was no towel there, either. The staff told me to get fresh towels in the so-called "lost & found box", But the box was broken and there was only a dirty towel inside.

Location is good . Great walk to major attractions and very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Felt safe and relaxed. Location is small , it fits only 12 people if full, so feels more cozy then big pod hostels/ hotels. Be aware no kitchen or fridge this is only shelter which works well. Wasn’t able to charge phone in my pod. Contacted customer service, yet they never come back to me during my stay. They provide number , but I working only on eSIM with data so impossible to make a phone and they don’t have WhatsApp either so contact possible only through booking mail which wasn’t answered as mentioned. Also took a while to open the main door , code is provided but didn’t work for me on a first go.

Super cool design and very clean. Capsule was very spacious and I really liked the big mirror with lights in the pod. Air conditioning was really good as well. The place had no kitchen and no sort of common area. You come in and the pods just are right there. A big of a shame as a kettle or microwave could've been nice.

Location was good. It took me 30 minutes to enter the hostel. PIN code for opening door was not shared with me.

The pictures make it look like a space station but in reality its a dingy small basement looking 2 room facility with very loud plastic capsules in an old building. Totally ruined the vibe when i was there. It looks like someones storage room. Dusty and cobwebs everywhere. Stinky carpet also.

Very clean property and the capsules were spotless. Self check in was great. The capsules were spacious and felt private. Lockers were available to store bags after check out, to allow for city exploring.

Clean, friendly staff, well situated. You book this to have somewhere to sleep. My pod (04 blechturmgasse) didn't lock from inside - or I was too incompetent to lock it, though it's just a button to push.... another guest opened my pod in the middle of the night because they hadn't received the info on what pod they had. A bit awkward, but not a deal breaker for me; the location is well secured and you can tell that staff/owner put in the effort to provide what it needs to be - a place to sleep. Also somewhat pricey for what it is, but operating costs are probably not cheap, so this is good. Tldr: Book if you just need somewhere to sleep.

The way to encapsulate each bed with this futuristic look is innovative and clever. The showers were modern and very comfortable to use There were no common areas or tables where to sit down or work remotely for a while
