The staff were so welcoming and kind

The hotel was excellent, and we don’t regret choosing it at all. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cleanliness and lobby area was cute Rooms have no AC, it’s extremely hot in the summer and there are no TV’s in the room.

No air conditioner in the room, just ventilator, which is unfortunately not enough for hot days.

•Spacious fridge •They granted early check-in, and staff at the reception were nice both during check-in and check-out •convenient location •no AC in the room, only a fan, which wasn't strong enough to negate 35 Celsius outside - even the fan wasn't working all the time, mostly during the night it was stopping working several times - couldn't get a proper sleep due to these for the whole stay •someone has accessed their Booking profile, received several scam messages with guest details only they should have access to AND it also seems their Booking chat messages were also accessed by the scammers - after confirming on Booking chat with them that the scam messages are not theirs, in a few hours received the same scam messages on Booking chat also

The booking mistake was entirely my fault, and I fully accept responsibility for it. Within minutes of making the reservation, I contacted the hotel, politely explained the situation, and asked whether they might consider a one-time exception to the non-refundable policy. Unfortunately, my request was simply declined, without any direct or personal response from the hotel. I fully understand the terms of a non-refundable booking and do not dispute them. However, given that the mistake was reported almost immediately, I had hoped for at least some consideration of the circumstances or a personal reply. While the hotel was within its rights to enforce the policy, the way the situation was handled left me disappointed with the level of customer care and flexibility. We liked our convenient room for one night staying in Vienna very much because of its price perfect location (close to the main railway station) very kindly staff. It fulfilled our expectations. The room was quite warm during the night. There was a fan that we could use during the day, but it would have disturbed us at night, so we turned it off. Because of that, the room felt almost like a sauna — but these are the hottest days of the summer.

We loved sitting in the garden with a drink. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean and spacious. They have laundry facilities. We liked so much that this was a minor inconvenience for us but the hotel has no airco. They do however have a ceiling fan.

Closeness to the main railway station, good breakfasts No air conditioning in bedroom, it had a noisy ceiling fan. I had to leave thd window open to get any air circulating, and there were often noises of traffic and people in the street. The phone in the room was present, but disconnected. The tea and coffee making facilities were poor.

Great location, simple rooms, nice and clean No A/C and got super hot at night. Plus quite loud from the street at night
