We originally booked Kolbeck Rooms, but the lovely receptionist upgraded us to stay at the Kolbeck Boutique Hotel instead, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and made our stay in Vienna feel extra special. A huge thank you to Paul, who was amazing and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was wonderful, and we truly felt at home in Vienna. Such a lovely experience and a great start to our trip. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing

Very disappointing handling of a missing personal item I am extremely disappointed with the way the hotel handled the disappearance of my sandals, worth approximately €150. After checking out at around 11:00, I realized that I had left the sandals in my room, under the window. I took all of my luggage directly from the room to my car and later checked the car very carefully — the sandals were definitely not there. I immediately contacted the hotel. The staff told me that housekeeping had not found the sandals. I understand that things can sometimes be lost or misplaced, but what disappointed me most was the way the hotel handled the situation afterwards. I was repeatedly told that the manager would investigate the matter, speak with housekeeping and contact me. I contacted the hotel several times through WhatsApp, and each time I was assured that my request had been forwarded to the manager and that I would receive a response. Despite all these assurances, the manager never contacted me. I also asked the hotel to preserve the relevant CCTV footage, as this could potentially help establish what happened. I did not receive any clear confirmation or meaningful follow-up regarding this either. I am not claiming that I know who took the sandals, because I have no evidence identifying a particular person. However, I am certain that I left them in the room and they disappeared afterwards. The sandals were worth around €150, which is not an insignificant amount to simply ignore. However, what ultimately disappointed me most was not only the loss of my belongings, but the complete lack of proper communication and follow-up from the hotel management. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed there just to sleep. We arrived at night, took a nice shower, slept very well, and left the next morning. It perfectly met our needs. It wasn't clear, during booking process, that there was no air conditioning in the room we booked. When we arrived at the hotel, they offered us a different room with air conditioning for an additional fee. Since it was a very hot summer day, we ended up accepting it. But, of course, it felt like being tricked.

The hotel is at a perfect location. However, the location is bit tricky...We followed the GPS just putting the address and landed at a wrong location..so Please put the hotel name along with the address else you will land at a different place like us...After reaching the point also, you wont understand the hotel exactly...had to call and someone immediately came in to attend. But the best thing is its right Infront of the tram station...once you find your location, you are sorted... Only struggled with the location..its a great location but still was difficult to find...may be you can use that mall or some great store as a landmark near ur place and put it in the address...bcoz only the direction that booking.com showed us landed us in a different side of the road which was 25 mins away from ur hotel

Rooms were bright and clean, hotel very close to Main train and bus station in Vienna. There were no elevators to room, with luggage climbing stairs becomes a big task.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and everything we needed was provided. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and we were satisfied with our experience. The only downsides were that there is no elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, and the entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find and access the first time.
