Location was convenient for the station No breakfast available (despite it being advertised) broken door locks, grubby decor, loose electric point, bed sagged when sat or laid on, no tv in room. Huge rusty brown stain on shower room floor,

Nothing. This is a bad hotel, don't book it. We got a 4-star hotel instead for the same price!!! I should've read the reviews more carefully before booking, so I hope you read mine. I wouldn't even call this a 1-star hotel. It's more like a dirty hostel. We ended up going elsewhere, although we paid the full price, because we just didn't want to spend a single minute there. The receptionist tried her best to be nice, but barely spoke English. The rooms were not ready when we arrived, only 1 out of 2. So in the meantime we went to see the 1 ready room and it looked dirty and old. We could've stayed there anyway and 'suck it up', but then we saw too many other problems. The shower was leaking and water started to flood the room. Previous reviews mentioned this and said they told the staff and nothing gets fixed. There was another door inside the room that leads to another room, and it's unlocked and pretty scary. The hallways were noisy and full of scary-looking young hooligans everywhere we went, and it seemed like they could just walk in to the room since the doors weren't really 'secured'. The neighborhood also looks dirty and scary, and we just felt unsafe to stay there. Just downright scary & unsafe. Since we couldn't get a refund anymore, we literally just left. I cancelled the booking formally, but I paid full price and didn't stay - we literally dropped the keys in the reception and walked away. Funny thing is - for the same price we went to a 4-star hotel which was 9000% better. Seriously, just don't book it! Even if you think it's a good price, it's not, there are much better places for the same price.

Location is good. Clean room, good people around.

What I liked most about the hotel was how helpful the staff were and that it wasn’t too far from the city center. One thing I didn’t like was that the curtain broke and fell off while we were staying at the hotel.

The sheets and towel were not really clean. There was a bit of mold (i think) in the bathroom.

The location Very dirty.

The room was too small. The lock on the door was somehow not holding properly, even though if you tried hard you could lock and unlock the room. There was no table in the room. And what was the most strange thing was - there were closed doors to the neighboring room, through which you can hear almost everything. Which means - 0 privacy.

Close to Schönbrunn Palace Everything is good

I've booked a double room on booking, I've paid 60 euro, when I arrived at the hotel they didn't have any available rooms, the receptionist was rude, pretending that he doesn't speak English and he wanted to charge extra 100 euro for a room that I've already booked and paid. I've called the police and when they arrived the receptionist wanted to give me a room with 4 single beds with other people in it. Extremely disappointed!

There was no breakfast. Everything. The first room smelled a lot of cigarettes, the smoke detector was covered with a sock and light wasn't working. Luckily they changed the room when there was no smell but that was the only good thing. After 7 hours manage to get 2 towels for 3 people (first it was only 1 and the guy was telling me to use it for 3 people), then the water was everywhere in the bath and went across the corridor to the toilet. The beds were in such a shape that every few hours I was getting awake cause my back was hurting. And you can hear everything from outside the room which was happening all the time during the night (hitting doors, people talking to each other or on the phones, etc.).

The walls were very thin; you could hear everything from outside and from the other rooms.

The bed ıs broken and bed sheet are not clean and there ıs bad smell on the bed and bed sheets.moreover, there ıs alot of yellow and whıte spots all over the bedsheet,wall and bed.the washroom ıs not clean there ıs no good towels over there,ıts looks lıke they dıdnt clean ıt properly.ı really regreat ıt that ı choosed that place for my stay.the place ıs not safe for anyone. Tell them to clean before rent out to another place .everyone deserve a good stay for atleast for one day.
