Breakfast was great AC unit was really old and barely worked. We had to move around all bed to face the split unit they have to be able to sleep.

Big room with air conditioning. Lovely breakfast! Very well located, close to public transport, 9-minute walk to metro, 4-minite walk to tram, bus stop right in front of hotel front door! Staff super nice and helpful! I liked everything!

Everything in the hotel was very good: the size of the room, everyday cleaning, nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the less fashionable neighborhood of Vienna. You can meet some strange drunk and/or loudly screaming people nearby. However, it doesn't mean it's not safe and we still had a wonderful time in Vienna.

Fantastic hotel . Good location short tram ride to main train station . 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurant area . Right next to tram stop . 5 minutes to keplerplatz metro station so easy to get from there to central Vienna and sites . Better staying here than central Vienna more expensive hotels . Very good breakfast nice coffee and eggs and bread. Clean very nice hotel . Very comfortable beds and pillows . Perfect as they are slightly firm mattress which I like - I stayed in different hotel with medium / soft mattress before that was not good so these mattresses cured my sleep and back . Front desk staff very helpful . Good spacious rooms . Interesting saucy European frosted glass window between bathroom and main bedroom not sure of purpose but - can see the men would enjoy view of showering wife . The rooms were well lit with lighting including bathroom . Very spacious and nice room . Everything was good . Only thing was breakfast staff were a bit rude . Ok breakfast stops at 10 am but if we are still there with 5 minutes left let us finish our food - you can close the buffet and let people finish and not be upset then if they take a cheese and bread away

They advertised a sauna. There may be one, but they want $15 extra, and even then they don’t want to turn it on. Wobt turn on before 12 am or after 6: lame!
