Very helpful staff with a lot of good will. The location is very good. The room was comfortable. The parking tariff at the hotel was 31 Euro per night. Very pricy in my opinion.

Der Wilhelmshof is a very beautiful hotel. Our room was great and easily accommodated our family of 6. The location and setting are amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were great and everything is exceptionally clean. The hotel was able to store luggage for us prior to check-in so that we could explore Vienna. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation and close to a lot of shops and restaurants while being a little further from the bustle of central Vienna. The breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. It was great

My second stay, and everything was great. Love the room designs, how clean and comfortable they are. Also, breakfast was very nice!

This hotel made our vacation just perfect. As the room was ready we could check-in earlier. They had a small present for our baby which was super nice. Staff was always kind and helpful. Room was pretty, quiet, clean, bed was huge and comfortable, location of air conditioning was well considered as it was not near bed and t’ could be independently adapted for our room. Breakfast was good, appreciated milk alternatives and many healthy bread options. Outside terrace was nice option for some rest. We loved everything! maybe some breakfast menu changes during some weekdays would be nice but overall- nothing at all to complain
