There could have been a mini fridge in the room, also some real glasses, not some small recyclable ones. Also, a kettle would have been perfect, as there is plenty of space. Maybe the breakfast could have more variety.

breakfasts are pretty simple, room was clean, we had it on high floor so we had a great view for sunrise. good location near the subway, really liked staying here

A decent hotel for its price and location. If you’re first time in Vienna it might seem like a bit far but I’d be honest, the location is fine. I liked the fact that there are rooms for 3 people stay, and clean. Pretty convenient. Plus very close to the train station. I checked in before 6 pm, had no problems with that. The staff were very friendly. It was a bit cold walking on the room’s floor but I assume it’s a common issue for the whole European hotels during the winter. The room cleaning must be requested, wasn’t a big deal for me, but I would recommend to inform on that during the check in, so the guests would know. The “Spittelau” station has two entrances. I recommend you to find the one from the left side, down the escalator. This way you’ll find your path quicker and shorter.

It was comfortable, rooms were very spacious and price was good Our toilet was dirty, luckily I had disinfectant wipes to clean it because when I told front desk they didn’t care. The next day the cleaning lady ‘cleaned’ the room and left a dirty rag in our bathroom.

Stuff was very nice.

Far away from center

Breakfast was perfects and the location was very good. An electric kettle in the room will be a game changer perfect for a hot cup of coffee or tea anytime.

Breakfast could be little better . There could be a warm section can be added . Overall was nice , but it was same daily . The hotel is on a busy street , so some room can be bit noisy .

It lacked a garbage bin in the room.

Overal the staff was friendly and receptive to my requests and questions. The room looked as advertised, was clean and had a big window with lots of natural light coming in. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. The hotel was easy to reach on foot from Spittelau Metro/Train station within 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately the mattress was slightly too hard, this does strongly depend on personal preference though so it might be fine for other people. Furthermore the area is unfortunately a bit run down so the hotel is one of the better looking buildings (so no views here).

Clean room, comfortable bed and everything available what I needed. Breakfast was very ok for the price. The room had a bit of a new smell. But that's what you get, when the room is new. Will be gone in a couple of weeks.

The room was nice, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfy. I slept very well it was quite no road noise. My small dog’s traveled with me they were an extra affordable rate daily. The room had air conditioning which was so lovely to return to after seeing the city on a warm day. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a standard European continental breakfast meats chews breads eggs. There was also a McDonald’s within walking distance as well as a place to get Döner. Not much for snack concessions, no restaurant just frozen pizza ( I got a great fresh pizza from the restaurant Pizzeria Gallo Bianco a couple of doors down the street) No ice anywhere. Only speciality coffee for breakfast which gets pricy per cup needs just breakfast coffee in the lobby for coffee drinkers, no coffee tea in the rooms either.
