Some shelf or table in the room would be great. It is big enough to fit it in.

condition of the room wasn’t great. the bunk felt extremely dangerous because the safety railing was about to break, wallpaper was torn, sopping wet towels were left marinating in the shared co-ed bathroom, also half the time we were there there was no toilet paper, the fan in the room was just noisy and didn’t work properly

Ad showed three separate beds; it only had two. There was no a/c and the fan was not working. It must have been 35 degrees. I canceled the room and requested a refund.

Nice place

The vicinity to city center. There is no 24 hour emergency phone. I was not able to open the door of my room late in the evening, not possible to contact the host, and had to stay in the entrance hall the entire night.

The amazing location close to the city centre. The shared kitchen was nice The bedsheets and pillows had some stains and hairs. The room was not very clean, could have been vacuumed. The bathroom and shower areas were poorly ventilated, sometimes very smelly. Toilets not always clean.

How small the room was. That one window would not close and that one person came in the room even though our door was closed and 'locked'.

It’s very poorly ventilated and the room has no windows, but the common areas and location are quite good.

The toilets and bathrooms were clean all the time. The pillows for sleeping and towels were clean. The room was too small and full of dust. Also the additional pillows on the beds (not the sleeping pillows) were so dirty.

The linens were clean, as well as the bathrooms, and it was quiet. It was very dusty. The vents in the bathroom/shower area were caked with black dust. The fake/plastic plants in our room and other areas were extremely dusty, which aggravated by allergies. the room had one small bar with 3 hangers to hang clothes (there were 2 of us in this tiny room that was actually for 3 people) and no dresser/drawers to put belongings. The communal refrigerator (smaller than my family refrigerator) was so small we couldn't put our food in there.

Disappointing

Room was not tidy when we went there, after contact booking people they came and cleaned the room, The previous day's garbage was also there.

Simple but good. For us small room space, it was tight, without the wardrobe. A lot of common areas - kitchen, toilets, shower. No problem with PIN, with staff, all basic equipment in kitchen.

The room was nice but very noisy, the toilets and shower area were filthy and lacked basic necessities such as toilet paper and soap. The toilets were really quite dirty with a strong smell of urine, overflowing bins, dirty sinks, walls covered in human hair (showers) Most of the toilets lacked toilet roll. I was unable to wash my hands properly due to lack of hand soap on a few occasions. No soap in the shower I used. The main door to the property had no lock (their code system seemed to be malfunctioning) meaning that anyone could walk in. I brought this up with customer service but they didn’t even bother to respond. Total lack of concern for their guests safety. There was a mysterious knock on our door at 3am which made us all feel unsafe and then at around 3:30 an awful sounds coming from the kitchen area woke us up again and lasted for ages. In the morning, the kitchen area was filthy. Very disappointing. All in all, it was not a pleasant stay at all.
