The modern design and the breakfast! Very helpful check-in personnel! No fridge in the room and no ice machine! You had to go down to the bistro bar and ask for a cup of ice! Also no safe to lock your valuables. For a quality hotel like this one this should be a standard.

Everything was great. Little far from the city center (Ring)

the receptionist Melik helped us a lot thank you for that, the hotel is kinda far away from the city center which was exhausting and there were no mini fridges in this heat. besides that everything was so nice

We went for breakfast at about 09:35. Despite the breakfast is advertised to be available until 10:30, the options were already pretty limited: there were no eggs (boiled, omelette, etc.) at all, no pastries and the just a couple of buns left. We stayed in the breakfast area until about 10:10 hoping to see those get refreshed (I've even asked if they're planning to refresh the pastries), but that didn't happen. Not a deal breaker, but if we knew, we'd get a breakfast elsewhere.

Staffs are very welcoming and nice. I love the room, it's clean. I love the morning view right outside the window.

Nothing, left as soon as we arrived due to offensive staff and they refused to refund the expected 3-day stay. Horrid Ali the customer relations manager refused to refund us despite us not staying there and checking out as soon as we arrived due to offensive staff.

The reception staff have always been very kind and welcoming. I have been visiting this hotel for many years, and even after the management changed, the warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere have remained the same. Even though I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping kept knocking repeatedly. If they really needed to contact the guest, they could have called through the phone or intercom instead of disturbing multiple times. On one occasion, I stayed completely silent and did not respond to the knocking, but housekeeping still used a master key and entered the room despite the DND sign being displayed. This felt like a serious violation of privacy.

At 220€ for 2 nights incl. breakfast (phenomenal one) it’s great value, at this range you get rooms in floors 8-18, we were in luck and landed a 16th floor room. Breakfast/brunch/lunch (sadly no dinners) location is at the top 22nd floor. The hotel is a part of The Hive complex, you can exit the reception into the complex with offices, shops, food and Cineplex. The door to bathroom/toilet are sliding so you can hear everything, no refrigerator in the room, TV didn’t work properly (no built-in apps, unable to switch to HDMI input, so only TV channels in german).
-
Modern looking hotel, quiet location It looks modern, but lacks hospitality, staff is manipulative. They would not care to explain why breakfast is cheaper in booking than on site. Very rude!

Breakfast is very good, but there is not enough staff i restoran. So plates are on the table without guests.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Vienna. The breakfast is a 10/10. The room was very very clean, nice views from the 19th floor. I would come back to this hotel every time I visit Vienna. Parking is paid if you have a car with you. We paid 75 euros for 3 days which was a bit pricey in my opinion.

Great location, very accessible. Limited room service supply

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Although the property is a bit far from the city center, the public transportation connection is very convenient — you can reach the center in about 30 minutes without any issues. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort and good value.
