Nice rooms, great breakfast, close to everything

I liked the location, comfort for the big spacious room, cleaness... I do not liked the stuff. I have booked a room for a family of three. In booking it is clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child. There was no third bed. When i asked at the reception why are there only two beds they said it is my duty to inform them that i need third bed. Next time i will book for 2 persons. But that was not the end. First i tried to contact the reception via room phone. Nobody ansered. At 17.00. I went to reception , after small conversation and trying from the hotel stuff to put the guilt on me , they said the bed will be in the room in 15min. Perfect. We went for a walk , came back around 22.00, and there was still no bed. This time luckily they picked up the phone, and the bed was here at around 22.30. And that is not all. When i checked in, the lady at recepcion did not even told me what room number i have. She was like after passing me the cards ,, oh sorry your room is 350...,, and where is the parking i asked, she said well you have to go around this way showing with her hand and you will find it in the back. Yes i found it with google maps. And she also ,,forget,, to inform me where is the restaurant for the breakfast. When i checked in i got an whatsupp message, somebody asking me is it everything ok, which i replyed, no a bed is missing. Two days after, still no answer... maybe next year. So yeap, location, clean, comfort is perfect. But all other inside the hotel, hotel ammeties, restaurants, lifts etc you are on your own. The stuff have some better things to do i guess...

Everything- from the extremely comfortable beds, cleanliness, most professional staff I have seen in a long time- superb breakfast and excellent location Nothing it was truly a wonderful experience

Gym is beautiful, rooms nice, good location, good price. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room the entire stay even though we requested several times. No one answers their extension, we called all extensions and after a long while one finally picked up.

Only the location is good. I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Hilton Vienna Park. This hotel advertises itself as a 5-star property, but in my experience, it did not come close to meeting even basic expectations. I specifically booked and paid for a Family Room with two bedrooms. However, upon arrival, I was given two standard connecting deluxe rooms instead. This was not what I booked, and it felt misleading to be charged for one room category while receiving another. The room quality was far below what I would expect from a Hilton property. The furnishings felt dated, the overall condition was disappointing, and the bathrooms lacked even basic amenities that are standard in most quality hotels. The attention to detail and guest comfort was simply not there. As a frequent traveler who stays in hotels around the world, including many excellent properties in Dubai, I found the standards here shockingly poor for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The experience felt closer to a budget hotel than a luxury one. The biggest disappointment was the gap between what was advertised and what was actually delivered. When guests pay premium rates, they expect to receive the room category they booked and a level of service that matches the hotel’s rating. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. I would not stay here again, and I would advise future travelers to carefully review other guest experiences before booking.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Hilton Vienna Park. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standards we expected from a Hilton property. During our stay, we repeatedly called the front desk and guest services for assistance, but our calls went unanswered on multiple occasions. This was extremely frustrating and left us feeling unsupported as guests. In addition, after our room was serviced, several basic amenities were not replenished, including toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and other essential items. More concerning, despite our reservation being for two guests, housekeeping left only one towel in the room following cleaning. We booked family connecting room with twin bed and they gave us basic connecting rooms. Quality of towel was really bad. These may seem like small details individually, but together they significantly impacted the quality and comfort of our stay. We chose Hilton because of its reputation for excellent hospitality and service, and unfortunately our experience did not meet those expectations. Given the inconvenience and poor service we encountered, I would appreciate it if you could investigate these issues and advise what compensation or goodwill gesture Hilton can offer to address our dissatisfaction.

ONLY the location was acceptable Has to be one of the worst hotels i have ever been, slow service, i made an upgrade based on the fact that they will atleast provide some sort of a decoration for my anniversary, and even the front office confirmed that the room is ready and prepared with whatever decoration they had , it was a special stay for me and my wife but there was nothing in the room, and when i asked about it they brought a tiny cake with a water bottle and box of wafers biscuit as a compensation, i also extended 1 more night due to my schedule and it was the biggest mistake i ever made, the second night i tried calling room service since 9:50 to order food and they answered at 10:08 pm and told me that the kitchen closed 8 minutes ago. I was calling them for 18 minutes. The third night i tried calling for 17 minutes go ask for towels. I tried calling all numbers on the phone except the emergency and the restaurant. And they only picked up after more than 15 minutes. And finally on the day of my check out. I kept calling for more than 10 minutes so i could get someone to pick up my luggage and still no one was picking up. So i had to go down to the front office and wait for someone to be free to grab my luggage, awful experience, i would never try it ever again.
