Holiday Inn Vienna City by IHG

We arrived early and the room was ready and we were able to check-in fast. The location is central enough that you can walk to the city center in around 30 minutes. There is a nice garden in the back where you can have your meals and drinks (incl. breakfast). The car parking was very tight. The spot that was available was hard to reach (jump a rail in order to acces the car boot). There are also not many spots available, so if you take your car out during the day, you might not find a spot on your return. The furniture in the rooms is a bit dated.

Early check in allowed Ants in the bathroom that they sprayed chemicals and left all the dead ants for me to walk on.

As we were 3 of us and had taken a room with an additional sofa bed. the room was spacious. The staff was very good. Our flight was late at night. The reception staff is very good and very helpful.

No parking

Location is good . Air condition was not work good . It is very bad . Nobody clean my room for 3 days even I said them each day . Terrible .

I have been to this hotel several times in the past and I very satisfied. The staff is great !

Excellent. World class service! Small rooms

The staff here were all exceptionally friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful. Normally I would try to stay somewhere more local and authentic to the city, but I found a good rate here. The hotel is on a nice street with cute shops and cafes around, and near a nice market. The room furnishings were comfortable and the view from the 7th floor over the city was lovely. The staff even managed an early check-in for me. The gym in the basement is very small with not much equipment but nicely furnished and has the basics for a strength or cardio workout. Sometimes in the morning I was woken up by noise from what I think was the staff in the hall, cleaning other rooms, perhaps they could try to do this more quietly.

The room was comfortable, clean, two pillows was a bonus. The staff was exceptional and the ice cubes provided nightly from the bar staff was much appreciated. We ate one dinner there which was quite good. Convenient location to a grocery and underground station . Nothing!

Breakfast buffet was ok. Eggs were good. Sausages and fruit were wonderful. Having a private parking garage is a plus. Staff are all excellent. Breakfast could do better with more warm foods like beans and pancakes. Pastry tasted like paper mache. Private parking is very tight. Be prepared to be boxed in and having to enter your car through the trunk! Also didn't realise that the U-bahn is quite a long walk away.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Also, don’t miss the breakfast—it was delicious with plenty of options!

Great place to stay for business trips. Extra credit for the staff's kindness.

When we booked this hotel as our last night, we really wanted to have the "garden view" room. Really. It seems so relaxing and such a beautiful room, we specifically chose this hotel in order to be in the garden view room. However, when we've arrived at the hotel, we were told we got upgraded to a better room. We responded that we're very grateful for the free upgrade, but we'd like to have the previous room since it's what we've ordered, and we specifically looked forward to stay in that room. We were told that "no problem! but in the winter it's cold, so are you sure?", to which we responded that we have no problem. The hotel staff did something in the computer for a couple of minutes when he suddenly said that all the garden view rooms are "under construction" and that he cannot give any of them to us. Seems like double booking, don't it? It was very very disappointing. Other than that, the staff were ok, facilities were good, the place was very clean, comfortable, with a good locaiton. I really would've given it a 10/10 if we would've gotten the room we were looking forward so much to stay in. Couldn't get the room we reserved, which was the initial reason for us to pick this hotel.

The room was not soundproof at all. Noise from the corridors was constant and extremely disruptive, making it very uncomfortable, resting or even taking a short nap was nearly impossible
