This hotel is lovely. Great location. It's close to many tourist attractions. The oldest restaurant in Vienna (since 1442) is across the road. There's a great gym and grocery store in the road. Exceptional breakfast. Something on the buffet for everyone. The hotel has an old world charm that offered service and a welcoming staff. Wish they all have that! The rooms have most features you expect. Bathroom and AC up to modern standards. But it was a little cramped.

Great breakfast! I love the original style it has maintained not giving into the all too typical globalized hotel concept you find around today. It’s honest and worth every penny. It’s the second time we have been and will be back. Thanks

Old property which is clear from pictures but very well maintained. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Having separate bathroom and toilet and from the room was not fun at all. I chose this but wasn’t expecting the distance I experienced. Lift is small and slow.

Location was good, staff helpful and kind Our room was too hot, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly even when I mentioned to staff. It was temporarily fixed and then stopped working again
