Good hotel close to the tram stops and local restaurants. Has its own brewery. The staff were very accomodating when required. There was no kettle, tea, coffee or cups in the room. We had to ask at reception who sent us to the bteakfast/restaurant where the waitresses provided everything we needed. The room could have been cleaner as there was accumulated dust behind the TV, on the edges and corners of surfaces. They clearly don't clean properly, and probably just a once over with the vacuum cleaner. Also a large hotel which was like a maze to navigate!

It was very tranquil and close to everything The hotel is not fully accessible and I had to climb stairs twice with a heavy suitcase due to no elevator from floor 2 to 3

Hassle-free accommodation and very helpful staff. Ability to order breakfast for the next day without advance notice. A wide range of breakfast options, both savory and sweet. Hot drinks, warm meals, fresh bread, vegetables, and fruits. Great location, but not many parking spots around. A leaking shower. After one shower, the whole floor was flooded.

Very spacious room, great shower, and large bathroom. The hotel was very continently located near to the subway and street car lines for quick easy access to all attractions, as well as grocery stores, and restaurants. A fantastic ice cream spot nearby as well.
