I liked how close it was to the tram stops.

The host is great and approachable. The place is accessible to the city center and nearby famous places in Vienna.

Very close to the train station. And the cafés are far more reasonably priced here than in the city. It was pretty quiet. It’s not next to any loud roadways or anything. Loved having a kettle to make tea or coffee in the mornings. I got one of the deluxe ones. It wasn’t near the door. Once in a while, there was a smoky smell. That could be people outside though.

It's a small, but pretty much comfortable room. There are fridge, stove, microwave, teapot. A small table, too. Some things like tea/coffee are also available. As well as kitchenware and utensils. There are roller shutters on the window, so you can sleep at night without any light, which is really nice. Self check in using codes from the host. No issues with hot water in own bathroom. Another plus that it was quite warm in the room (in December). It's located not in the very center, but not too far away from it (walking through semi-pedestrian street), and metro is in 5 min. The room is just near the entrance, so there can be too much noise (you will hear everything through thin door/wall). Some construction works started at 7 in the morning at our stay. Matrass and the pillows might be better. However the main issue is the lack of security. At around 23:00 the door of our room was opened (using correct code) and someone tried to get inside. Hopefully we were inside and that person quickly escaped. We had no proper response from the host why that happened. I think this is totally unacceptable.

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent: situated on a quiet street, it remains peaceful despite being less than a ten-minute walk from the Westbahnhof. Several supermarkets are also conveniently close by. The room itself was neat, modern, and appointed with good-quality materials. The walk-in shower was particularly impressive—spacious and impeccably clean. The floor heating made the room a bit warmer than I prefer, though this is certainly more bearable than a cold room. Additionally, the sensor-operated taps in the kitchenette and bathroom sink take a little practice to get used to. Overall, it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Vienna.

The neighborhood didn't make me feel safe but its not owner's fault.

The rooms are opened with a passcode, which just flat out refused to work. I've had to type the same code until alarms started ringing and someone from the staff came and managed to let me in. If there's noone there, you're screwed... It wasn't a single event, either, I've heard other travelers struggling during my stay. Also, some of the staff do not speak English, so that can also be a problem if you have issues.

The location was fairly good, which made it convenient to get around. However, I experienced some issues during my stay. The card key didn’t work properly, which was frustrating. The pillow was also quite uncomfortable, making it harder to get a good rest. Overall, it was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The apartment had everything we need, a small kitchen, and everything else. The staff was great. The room was clean We got room after check in hours, because staff was still fixing in the room.

We accidentally broke one of the glasses in the kitchen, we immediately apologized and the hosts brought us a new one, so this is a big thumbs up.

The room was airy with plenty of light. The staff was helpful, they did our laundry and even put our clothes to tumble dry. The location is far from the center but near the U-ban station so getting anywhere was easy. The bed was uneven and during sleeping as we moved, the bed legs would thump on the floor.

Great Location we could go to any place from there as Trams bus stop etc all were very near. The place was good and quite and child friendly as well. The bedsheets were no changed daily that was a bad sign and we couldnt see the staff as well, rest everything was good
