Excellent hotel - staff are lovely and cheerful. Room a good size and the bed was very comfortable Good choice of breakfast and the location is very convenient. The bartender whose name I have sadly forgotten is a real treasure and credit to the hotel. Nothing - it was perfect

Great location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was top notch. We had troubles with the AC and never quite got comfortable. Had them look at it but no real improvement. The shower was real complicated and was hard to adjust temperature without having to go through either cold or hot water to adjust.

Excellent location for subway (Karlsplatz) and sightseeing as well as Twin Liner to Bratislava. Also enjoyed nearby restaurants and shopping including near Minerlgasse. Included breakfast was wonderful, though it was difficult to get that second cup of coffee (my only complaint). Tea was plentiful but coffee was not. ☹️

There were several steps inside before heading up the elevator without a ramp. The room had a very tall bathtub and an old carpet.
