The staff Is very kind. The breakfast is amazing and really worth it. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the bus stop to the main station and 10 minutes from the city center. It is very calm and the room are big. If I come back to Vienna, I will go back to this hotel.

The staff are incredibly nice, the location is good and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

It was extremely hot and our room didn't have air conditioning. Considering the price that might have been too much to expect, but travellers should know about it. Also, there are non faculties for making tea or coffee in the (budget) rooms. Apart from that, though: truly excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, excellent location - what more would one want? see above

The staff were so friendly and helpful! And the breakfast buffet was delicious and certainly started our days off well. The location was well off the beaten path, so it was super quiet at night, but very accessible by public transportation to everything we wanted to see. The rooms are a lot like college dorm rooms, so nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We unfortunately were staying here during a heat wave, and really missed having an air conditioner in our room!

The value for the room and breakfast exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was well staffed and included many options. Reception staff was friendly and went above and beyond for my late arrival. The bed was a little small for a person over 180cm.

The location is very convenient, and if you do not plan to spend much time in the room, it can be a reasonable place just to sleep. The strongest point was definitely the breakfast, which was very good. Cleanliness is very important to me, and unfortunately, the room was not as clean as I had expected. There was some hair in the shower, small pieces of used tissue left on the chair, and some dust or an unknown powder on the bed. However, the bed linen itself was clean. I also needed to use the hair dryer, but it was extremely dirty. I normally sanitize the items I touch in hotels, but the napkin I used to clean it became almost black, so I had to use several more. Another inconvenience was the lack of access to cold drinking water. I understand that there is no refrigerator in the room, but there was also no water cooler or similar facility anywhere in the building, so the only option was tap water. Having a shared water dispenser would have made the stay more comfortable.
