The property is clean, comfortable, and quiet. We greatly enjoyed the remote controlled blackout blinds in our room. Staff was nice and the complimentary pastries were an excellent touch! The gym facilities and spa/sauna are clean, orderly and were incredibly pleasant to be in. However, the sink that was supposed to provide sparkling water, still water, and hot water did not actually have sparkling, and the gym itself is good for casual workouts but not much more. We also asked for a pillow off the "pillow menu" but they did not provide it (it seems they couldn't find it)

The location, the rooms, the staff Maybe a little bit noisy . I had a room facing the inner garden with the breakfast area, in the morning the was a bit of noisy.

Excellent location. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel! The gym was unusable, it was too warm.

Fantastic location in a quiet street close with great access to the city of Vienna. It’s very tranquil to return here after exploring the city. The room was extremely comfortable and all staff were very friendly and polite. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I return to Vienna. More pressure from the shower would make the hotel perfect!

That is really near to many coffee shops and meeting points for day trips. Also, the amenities are really good. The room is too small.

We were pleasantly surprised and it exceeded our expectations. Great location, very tasteful and classy interior, nice sauna and gym. Clean. Very comfy bed. Nice staff. Very good value for money. No complaints.
