Location is about it. Clean Some staff were nice. Price, only on this occasion but if it wasn't for price.... Typical small European hotel with a terrible gym, inflexible staff for requests and you felt like....a bit of a target. Id say it felt cold for some reason. Ive stayed there before and it was ok but this trip was very.... share house like. Clean and compact for sure but... it lacked anything... like getting a hot water kettle was a drama for instance. Had to ask 3 times and got some real frowns from staff

Location which is near to amenities Too long a form to fill up and words are too small for my tired eyes to see. Bed is sagging in the middle and pillow is extremely low and thin with very little cushion.

Great location from the train station. Fantastic foyer area. This is an extremely relaxing area at the start or end of the day, with comfortable seats and a unique design. All staff I encountered were very friendly and polite. A very comfortable room too. I wish it was closer to the centre, however proximity to the train station is excellent.

They didn't clean our room in 3 night. Did not change towels. I asked them to clean but still they forgot. Breakfast is not value 29 euro is too expensive. I am little unhappy

The location and the bar/restaurant was excellent. We were very early but could store the luggage at the reception. Even after check out we could leave our stuff there until evening. It’s near to the train station but not directly next to it so the area is not too loud. The hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast is excellent. They have a sauna and even the option for massage on request. The cocktails were good and the staff was friendly. There is a supermarket next to it. I will definitely come again. Nothing

The staff were friendly and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the space. This was a very clean hotel in excellent condition. Everything was good and super convenient for travelers. I liked the bed, bathroom and the entire room layout. I also appreciated having multiple elevators in such a large hotel without having to wait. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that the shades on the top floor allowed all the sunlight to come in. It was very bright early in the morning. It’s not a problem if you have an eye mask.
