The location was great, in the middle of the central district with easy access to subways. The room was big with high ceilings. The breakfast was nice. We visited during a heatwave so the room was a bit too warm, we used the lowest temperature setting on the AC but the temperature was still 26 degrees celsius.

Location, room size and design, staff The shower quality is far from decent: weak water pressure, water leaking onto the floor, a very small cabin, and only one soap provided for everything—body, hair, and conditioner.

Super kind staff that were very helpful. The reviews weren’t wrong. They offered luggage storage and everyone there was a smiles. Some parts of the room could be slightly more clean like under the toilet seat and desks and walls here and there. Otherwise it was top service.

Exceptional stay! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and everything was spotless. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The service was outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. None
