We arrived around 10AM. Our room was already available and the staff allowed us to check-in. We truly appreciated this gesture as we were tired from our early flight. We slept like a baby in this hotel. I didn't hear a single noise from the outside. Nothing.

It's an ibis hotel so you kind of know what you get. Good and clean rooms, nice staff and you get free coffee and water in the lobby. Good location directly outside the main station. A fridge in the room would be nice to have.

Very friendly Reception who gave us a kind welcome and truly excelled when we departed. We had earlier asked about a museum in the city centre. When we came down later to check-out the receptionist remembered us. He had been given prepaid tickets to a museum that previous guests could not use, so he gave them to us to use. It’s these small touches about remembering your guests that separate an excellent receptionist from the good ones!
