Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hauptbahnhof

Great hotel! It was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the location was excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the tram and subway. If I visit the city again, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The reception staff were helpful, but they weren’t very friendly or welcoming. Also, the bathroom only had one all-in-one liquid soap for showering, shampoo, and hand washing. For a four-star hotel, I expected better toiletries.

Comfortable room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, coffee machine. Good, varied breakfast. Convenient location close to the train station. Friendly staff. A nice bonus: free late checkout for club members. Poor drainage in the shower and sink requires cleaning. There was an problem with the safe (apparently with the batteries), which couldn't be resolved immediately (they offered to change the room or store the valuables in the safe at reception, but this was inconvenient). Such a large hotel should have its own permanent maintenance staff on site to resolve minor issues. On the first day, room cleaning wasn't completed by 3:00 PM

It was directly across the Wein hbf as indicated in the hotel information before booking.Ir was very easy for us to get to places of interest despite our very short stay as it was centrally located.The room was adequately furnished.The most I liked was the very comfortable bed and pillows which in turn enabled me to get the rest and sleep I needed. Location is nice, quite close to the main station. The bathroom is fine, but there's no door on the shower, so the floor gets soaked easily. The breakfast is ok.

excellent location and facilites, excellent breakfast as well. super cute hotel. The room was hot an the ac did not cool, you can not open no Windows. Again I thing that ac was set to a certain temperature and not necessarily the temperature you choose.

The buffet breakfast was a bit of a disaster. They had no plates, food wasn't well stocked, one coffee machine for way too many people.

The room we stayed was super clean and quite. Hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. Definityely recommend it.

Almost everything apart from the shower room which was as open space...no doors no curtains...suitabable only for couples... There was no option for late check up....when your flight is in the late evening this option is very much appreciated

The only downside was the shower, which does not have a door. Because of this, water sprays everywhere and leaves the entire bathroom floor wet after every use. If that single issue is fixed, this place would be absolutely perfect!

Staff was nice. Air condition works well. Size of the room was enough and it was clean. Breakfast was excellent if you compare other Eurpoe Zone Hotels. Shower did not have door because of its design. There was no trash bin in shower room.

The location is perfect for those who travel frequently by train. The unlimited water and sparkling water is a unique touch, but no caps are provided. They offer a variety of options for breakfast It was difficult to take a shower since there was no door to separate the shower area. Also, some of the front desk staff were not very friendly

Shower does not have a door. This is a discomfort, cannot understand such a design.
