myNext - Johannesgasse Apartments

Location was perfect. Loved the unique features. The lack of a/c, iron, and hairdryer; lack of good lighting in hallway and no mirrors in bedrooms.

Proximity to things, we could walk everywhere with family and stroller. Rooms were / little warm, ceiling fan helped some.

The location, interior design, frequency, the breakfasts are beyond praise and friendliness of the staff were all wonderful.

Location was the best. Very clean, modern and historic. There wasn’t a sitting area with sofa in the apt

There is no AC unfortunately, only ceiling fans

The central location was perfect for us and a very good value. All of the young staff were very friendly and helpful; we really felt like they (Elena, Lisa, Nichole, and Etienne) were looking out for us. Nichole was especially helpful on a number of occasions and topics. Very clean rooms and excellent storage space. It seems a little petty to mention, but in the interest of being helpful - it would have been nice to have an additional small lamp for reading in bed, and maybe a little more padded chair.

Solid value in a great location, really liked the proximity to many of the sights. Amenities were few but as expected for a dorm room used as a hotel during summer break. Would definitely recommend. Tea and cups but no kettle. No air conditioning but we knew that when we booked so no surprises. Bedding could be a little more functional/abundant.

Staff, location, laundry service, overall spirit of the old monastery.

So close to everything with exceptionally large bedrooms. The staff were both friendly and efficient. Nothing.

This is a former monastery that is a dorm for the local music university for students during the year. It has 24/7 reception. The breakfast buffet and room looked great but we didn't use it. The room itself is no frills and basic which is why the price was reasonable at about $230+ a night. Very utilitarian. Simple and clean rooms with the basics. Nothing fancy. We were in a 2 bedroom with one bathroom. Small entry alcove with a mini fridge and coffee maker. Comfortable and clean. Location is in the heart of the city, down the street from the main pedestrian shipping area and walking distance to all main sites and trains. Loved the location and perfect if you're looking for no frills apt with insane location. Nothing

It’s closed to everything. A lot of restaurant to choose from. Area is busy yet it’s quiet.

Location was great and the staff at the front desk were lovely - they booked us a taxi to go to the airport the next morning as well No living space in the apartment, but as we were only there for 1 night it wasn’t the end of the world

Only issue was noisy bed slats

Staff was SUPER helpful. I can't stress this enough. They even helped us with laundry and offered suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The apartment was clean and quiet, with adequate space for the four of us. The location is central to many attractions.

Everything Nothing

They could improve the lighting of the main room. There was only 1 main light provided for the living room, resulting the room to be very dim. The room also can be quite hot at night, and there was no air conditioner.

The location is great and the people who work there are super. The price for the location can't be beat. It is a dorm room type accommodation so if you are prepared for that all is good. Our room had a refrigerator, stove, some uncomfortable desk chairs, 2 desks, a kitchen table, and a nice sized bed -- but against a wall such that if there are 2 people it is tough for one person to get in and out. The bed itself was very comfortable. We loved staying here but it is very simple accommodation. Nothing really other than what was already mentioned.

Proximity to town is incredible. Sparse accommodation but the value is great because of the location.

Good location. Offers laundry service for free which was a great perk. Very simple, feels like a dorm with cheap furnishing and bed.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was decent. Location in center of town was excellent. room was not cleaned. Not sure if this was the standard but I only stayed two days so it was ok. The fan was perfect because the weather was temperate, but not sure how it would have been in the heat.
