Pension Central - Self Check-in

The location was amazing, very close to the main points of interest in Vienna's center, but just far enough away to avoid any crowds and noise. It is located right next to the very handy Viennese tram, a Spar supermarket, great bars, and restaurants. The apartment was very well-equipped and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great time here and I highly recommend this apartment to everyone! -

Clean, cute, cozy, modern, good beds The front door code is a hassle, and the staff less than kind about it… when I came to drop off luggage before check in she chastised me for buzzing instead of using the code (it was before check-in time), said she’d message me when the room is ready (she didn’t), when I got back still 15min early for check in she scolded me again that I should use the code (guess what it didn’t work yet lol). Second room needed to be changed because of overwhelming mold smell, I appreciated they changed me quickly.

Everything! It was the perfect room and perfect location. The self checkin and out system was amazing.There are also staff in the office if needed which was helpful because they can look after the luggage for a few hours after checkout. There were some earbuds next to the beds but we didn't even need them.. excellent

The location is great- less than 10 min walk to Stephanplatz and central locations. 3 min walk to airport bus. The room was nice and very clean, beg was very comfortable. Not a very big room but enough for two people with a suitcase and carry-on each. Overall really great for what we were looking for! Towels are quite small and thin, but not terrible.

The room was very clean and quite large, windows looking to the street. The location is perfect all city sightseeing spots are in walk distance. The stuff was nice and helpful, daily cleaning done well.

Simply perfect

Great location in Vienna with a clean room with lots of nice extra touches. This was a big negative for us, we stayed in early October and they had already shut oh the air conditioning for the rooms. It was unbearably hot in the room and it made it almost impossible to sleep. It really affected my stay. When I called for help they just said to turn the heat off in the room, which didn’t help because the heat was already off, and said to open the window to cool down. Unfortunately that didn’t work well either as the window opens onto a busy noisy street and it was very loud with the window open. I really don’t find this acceptable for the expectation and price of the accommodation. Sleep is very important when you are tired from travelling and it affected the quality of my stay in Vienna.

Nothing but since it is a self check in dont expect the same amenities as a regular hotel. They respond quickly via email though when we requested to have one of the light bulbs replaced
