Air conditioning was not good. Lots of wear and tear in the room.

Unfortuntaly, there were some imperfections with cleaning. some stuff under the bed etc. but no big deal, we wanted to rest and that was good.

Modern building, room. Excellent breakfast. The air conditioning couldn't handle the heat. Only one elevator was working.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and this was right up there. Very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist when I arrived at 2am. Room was very spacious and felt top class Only the location sadly as nothing is too nearby. Only a 10 minute taxi to the train station though.

3 days without lift, I am injured and I had to manage using the stairs to go inside my room.

The overall experiance with hotel is ati a high level. The staff are very frendlu, the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is close to the bus stop thay leads to metro station, so you can reach any deatination in the city very quickly. The hotel also has an underground garage. I have no objections.

I was told from the reception that they were calling a taxi for the airport with a flat fee. When I arrived, I had to pay double what I was told. Despite this was an external service, when I called the hotel, they didn't assume any responsibility

We really liked the property and our room. Everything was clean and comfortable, the beds were very clean, and the place felt safe and quiet. The hot water worked perfectly and all necessary facilities were available. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the location was very convenient — only about 15 minutes from the city center. We also really appreciated that they allowed us to check in earlier than the official check-in time. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. There was nothing to dislike about this property. All was excellent.
