Property was located quite centrally When we arrived to check in at the arranged time of 3pm , both the rooms we had booked weren’t ready. We waited nearly 2 hours before we got the keys, reception staff kept telling us that it was an issue with the new cleaning contractor cleaning the rooms. After waiting 2 hours for our rooms they still didn’t have any clean towels in the rooms when we eventually got in or toiletries . Every single day of our stay there was an issue with getting clean towels or the rooms being cleaned . Hotel reception staff were very dismissive about the situation and kept giving the excuse about the new contractor. We weren’t the only guests with an issue, I heard several people over the duration of our stay complaining about the situation.

Very good location, very good room and very good price Nothing

1) Air conditioner 1) Our shower drainage was blocked. I informed staff but no action was taken for 5 days. 2) Bad smell in the room because of the drainage block. 3) No proper sound insulation so it was too noisy. You can hear doors closure sounds and people voices. 4) Our room door was not closing properly. 5) Toilet door is glass so there is no privacy. 5) The separation of the WC from the shower area is not practical.

Breakfast was nice. Seem to have managing issues. We got 2 rooms for my family and kids, and were placed in completely different areas of the hotel, with different entrances. They could only switch rooms on our second night. We checked in at 15:30, but only got one of the rooms after 17:00. The level the room was cleaned wasn't the best. Some parts of the hotel feels old, which you cannot tell by the images.

A beautiful hotel that feels recently renovated, with stylish, high-quality furniture and excellent attention to detail. Everything is thoughtfully designed, from the layout and ergonomics of the rooms to the comfortable lobby, filled with the incredible scent of fresh lilies. The location is perfect — close to the city centre, yet our room overlooked the courtyard, so it was wonderfully quiet. The terraces are also lovely. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very efficient, taking care of all our requests quickly and discreetly.
