Space Home Apartment - Prater

Great location near Praterstern, very convenient for getting around Vienna. The capsule-style rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were especially helpful, we accidentally missed our checkout time but they kindly collected and stored our belongings safely until we could pick them up. Really appreciated the understanding and professionalism! Nothing major to complain about, everything was as expected for the price.

The sheets were in acceptable condition and OK clean but I cannot say cleanest.

The capsules don’t isolate any sounds, you are provided with earplugs, but it’s not enough. You’ll hear every time someone goes in and out of a capsule, takes a shower, open a locker, enter or leave premises etc.. you might be lucky and have considerate guests, but wasn’t my case; with loud conversations until 2 am

Although the property offers foam earplugs - which is nice, but probably not enough for me.

Capsule smell and would be nice to have sound-proof capsules. It was good price-wise.

Wished they had kitchenette and fridge

It's a great place, it's extremely affordable and the price really worth it. We would definitely stay again. The location is 5 mins walk from the station that connects to the whole city. Staff are always very pleasant. Maybe the sound isolation, when it's busy not everybody respects how loud they can be after 10 o'clock, but that's not hosts fault. Maybe when it's extremely hot weather the ac can struggle, but not that bad to be honest. The price 100% worth it.

It was cheap but not that much. Showers were ok. There is no reception or doors at all in the property, you enter from the streets straight into the capsules room. Every single noise at the toilet/showers can be heard from the capsules. You could not dry your hair at night. They threatened us that we would risk the reservation if we arrived after 11:30pm, so we had to run and pay a very expensive taxi to get there as soon as possible, and turned out to be a self check-in, so there was no need to hurry at all. We were welcomed by another guest in his underwear. The towels that you get are not clean. The capsule is not sealed, so outside lights enter the capsule. One of the outlets didn’t work. There were lights inside the capsule that there was no way of turning them off

The mattress and the pillow was not comfortable Has no a space or living area, everyone has access to the backup keys

The only thing I was disappointed with is no place to store food like a fridge or cupboard and a microwave would have been ideal, as most hostels have some facilities and due to health issues I am on a strict diet and require medication to be kept at a cool temperature, the capsules were too warm besides having air con on No cooking facilities or fridge, air con wasn't too good I found the capsule really warm inside

Simple but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great. Very easy and good if you're on a budget and the other guests were respectful. It can be quite noisy, even if you try to be quiet. The pods are plastic so any movement can make a loud noise. And the doors are very noisy to open and close. There are disposable earplugs provided there to help yourselves though

The simplicity. Surprisingly comfortable beds. Modern looking space. Over the weekend the bathroom space got a little dirty. May only be the guest's "fault". You can hear everything from the inside, but they provide you with free earplugs.

Exceptional

All we needed was somewhere to sleep for 2 night and this ticked the box and more. Good bed, showers, wifi and locked lockers to store your belongings when out. The towels could have been bigger. The use of a fridge might have been nice. But both of these things were not issues that would stop us booking again.
