Good big hotel, the breakfast was phenomenal with a lot of variety and selection. The rooms were compact and comfortable. The service wasn’t very personalized, but that is to be expected from such a large hotel chain, but the staff was still very courteous and respectful

Location, organization, cleanliness, choice of restaurants. Great breakfast buffet . Very friendly staff Room cleaning staff did not check on shower soap dispensers. We run out of soap.

What I didn't like was the housekeeping issue we encountered on our last night. When we returned to our room, we noticed several red spots on the bed sheets that appeared to be blood stains. Finding this at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. I was also frustrated by the confusion regarding checkout. Around 11:00am, someone from the hotel came to our room and told us that we had missed our checkout time, even though checkout was scheduled for 12:00pm. This suggested a lack of communication among staff and created unnecessary stress on the morning of our departure.

They lie about the price, they write - price for 2 adults but at the property they tell me that it is for 1 adult. Booking told me that they will do the refund , however they did not reply me anymore told me to send invoice I have sent and that’s it. I have all the screenshots that you lie about the price!!

The room was not properly cleaned before or during our stay, when something fell to the ground I had to look under the beds and it was all dusty and dirty, there were hairs in the bathroom (shower, sink, toilette), overall no deep cleaning was done. We did not get breakfast, so I can't comment on it

The location is great with good views. It’s very clean and comfortable. You can park your car underneath the hotel. The price is a little bit too high

the only one issue (may be it is applicable to our room only) was that the king size bed in fact is two beds combined and covered with a topper (which would be still ok), and the topper was too soft so after several nights it was quite hard to wake up with pain.

* View, size of the room, room service, and most of all the huge help given by the "concierge" to solve problems I had ! * NO ICE available on the FLOOR. Would be nice to also add next to the message saying "NO ICE - OUT OF ORDER" a message saying where is the closest place to find ICE * Tried to watch the TV. - Found a "STAR TREK" series. But only languages available were in German :O( - So tried to watch YOUTUBE. I said I didn't want to sign in and to enter (as is normally possible) as a "guest". But that was also not possible as I was sent back to a page asking me tio sign in :O( - So I gave up trying to watch TV * I cannot sleep with those thick down comforters. But that is my mistake. Next TIme I'll ask for blankets :O(

No water xoller with cups in the gym area. Only a water fountain in the hallway. Usually in the soa/gym area fruit are provided. None were provided. Logistically, the sauna and steamboat areas are remote from the pool. From sauna area to get to the pool you have to walk to the elevator area and then you end up by the pool. Very inconvenient and not thought out .
