Great apartment for visiting Vienna! The room was comfortable and well equipped, and what really stood out was the daily cleaning service — not something you usually get in an apartment rental, so that was a very nice touch. The kitchen was practical and had everything we needed, which helped us save money on breakfasts. The location in the 9th district is excellent — close to the Ringstrasse and easy access to the metro for reaching all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Vienna, especially first-timers. We had a great stay! The only thing missing was a bidet or water spray next to the toilet — only toilet paper was available. This is an important need for many guests, especially Muslim travellers. Would be a great addition for the host to consider.

My apartment was more spacious than I expected (including the bathroom). There was no need to go to some other part of Vienna to get the key (as some older reviews state), since there were key boxes at the entrance. The private kitchen was equipped nicely (including sponge and detergent). I was just missing something to dry the dishes with.

On the first floor, right next to the buildings main entry door. The door slammed shut when people excited and until about 11pm. A couple of times, small groups gathered outside our window to smoke and we could easily hear them. The toilet area in the bathroom was small, like toes touching the wall in front of you when seated close. Had to leave into the main bathroom area to pull pants up.

It was an ok price and close to my purpose of visiting for the day. Heat did not work. Shower was a little dirty. Bed was pretty stiff. I was located in the first room, right next to the entry way so sleeping was difficult as any time the door opened it would slam shut waking me, and the walls are thin so I heard every conversation as people passed by.

Location was really good. Its 30 minutes walk from city center. We did not have any problems about cleanliness. Furnitures were new and fine . There is smart TV in this place . We did not like the design of the bathroom because It was difficult to get into the shower cabin.

The place was cheap, quite close to the center. It was possible to find a parking spot on the street, for free on weekends. Nice neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped. The toilet was located in a separate room from the bathroom, which I consider a big plus if you travel in a group. Although it was clean, many of the facilities were very worn out. A sofa bad was not stable and required additional support (a stool). The shower cabin was leaking. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably from the sewage system.

Everything! The location, the rooms of the apartment, the facilities. It was a minimal style apartment, but we found everything we needed! If I need to say something, then I missed the drapes in the bedroom, but it absolutely did not reduce my overall opinion about the apartment.

Incredible location, very quiet building and surrounding neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. Apartament was very spacious, had an okay equipped kitchen and good bed sheets and towels. Bed was not confortable.

Location That u don't have reception and u have to go to another location to do the payment, take the code of the key box and go back to the apartment.
