The location is fantastic. The reception is open between 9am and 4pm only, housekeeping every other day, coffee in the room is limited to one per person and they don't refill it, water in your room left on a desk is not complementary, funny. Shower needs an upgrade. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 stars.

Location Noise from bar across the road till early hours of the morning! I knew I was in trouble when I saw earplugs by bed . Little to no sleep

Location was great. Everything close. City center and the stores. Love the view. It was too hot. AC is needed, plus there’re no one in the reception after 4 o’clock. Also noise from the people standing in front of the pub across the street is too much.

Room 115, lovely big room with an nice little balcony. Good position for Trams, buses and the underground and a short walk for bars and restaurants The hotel has a bit of character the way it is layed out We weren't made aware until we were on our way to the hotel that reception closed at 4pm. Luckily we arrived just on time.

My room number 112 was very spacious, nice comfy bed, coffee machine and a beautiful view on the Votiv church. My stay was only for two night but was satisfied with both. You have the city center in walking distance or by U bahn for the Museumquartiere. Nice stay, will definitely come back.
