Very old hotel with lots of charm. The view from our room was probably the best part of our stay. Within walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Room was clean but we kept finding black long hair everywhere and we didn’t have anyone in our group with long black hair:( Staff were very friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable as a family of 5. Hotel room bathroom was small and smelled strange. Beds were rock hard and AC was good but loud. I guess it’s a part of staying in an older hotel.

Centrally located to transportation and just across from the beautiful Votivkirche. Rooms are spacious and clean. Mini bar is extra, but well stocked. Breakfast is as expected, except there is a carafe of coffee at each table! Not a machine that makes coffee. The restaurant, Roth is very good and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

We liked the historic feel of the rooms, some might think it's dated but I enjoyed the esthetic. The location was good, not too far from the airport via taxi. A short walk away from markets, trams, metro, and sites. The breakfast was pretty good, a decent spread of options. The coffee wasn't great but you could order a cappuccino from the staff.

Very clean, quiet room overlooking Votivkirche. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Nothing, I was happy with everything

A little more variety on daily breakfast would have been nice but otherwise very tasty.

The style, location, food, service were all amazing. The employees were all friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond. When we were leaving we left a couple of adapters behind in the rooms and they came running out to the taxi just to hand them back to us.

Beautiful! Convenient to everything! Breakfast was lovely. The staff was not friendly and welcoming! No greeting, very cold. Luckily the rest of Vienna was!!

The hotel is close to the metro station and is close to the Rathouse. We booked and paid for 4 people but the room was for 2 people with added beds. This was VERY BAD! We could not move in the room.

Also super close to public transportation and good place for early bird coffee seekers. Facility, room... all clean. You can also breathe in the room. (This is important) Nothing to complain really. Read some comments about breakfast but let's be honest. What should you expect? Eggs benedict and patatnik every morning? Breakfast is ok. More than enough to keep you on your feet until the next course. Coffee is real good. Staff makes things better here anyway.

Nice antique ambiance and decoration. Stayed 4 nights and they could not fix the safe box that did not worked. The maid did not refilled the body lotion when emptied. The room had no view at all.

We loved staying at Hotel Regina and were sad to leave. The hotel is a late 1800’s throwback (although modernized to the 21st century). The ambience is lovely! In old hotel fashion, you leave your key with the front desk when you leave your room. The rooms were spacious and while the bathroom was a bit small, it was perfectly designed with hooks, enough towel racks and shelves. Hooks in the rooms for scarves and hats were appreciated as well. And having a table, with chairs and a mini-fridge was a very welcome amenity. Finally, the restaurant, Roth, was excellent. We ate there twice for dinner. We also enjoyed the breakfast they served. The property is in a lovely area of Vienna, a little outside of the city centre tourist area. It’s about a block to the metro. It did force us to get a lot of walking in during our trip.
